Lovely place to stay!
Quiet location. Very clean with good air conditioning - welcome as it was very warm when we were staying. Breakfasts were great and the hosts always helpful and friendly. No complaints!
We really enjoyed our three nights at Kokapelli B&B! Our room was spacious and scrupulously clean! The bed was comfortable and the house air conditioned, so we were more than comfortable. John and Nancy are friendly hosts, and made sure we knew that the patio outside our room , including the BBQ, were for us to use as we desired. An added bonus was the availability of a shared common tv and relaxation suite, including dishes etc, which we used. Breakfasts were hearty, with lots of coffee, fruit, eggs, etc. We recommend this b&b to others, and when we come back to Osoyoos, this will be the first place we try to get!

Really nice BnB and the owners are very accommodating.
Room was very nice and exactly as advertised. Breakfast each morning was delicious and the owners were accommodating.
Great place,John and Nancy are very welcoming. Clean, spacious plus à great breakfast .
Would recommend tout family.
quiet, comfortable and very tidy - wonderful hosts
We stayed here for 3 nights recently and were greeted in the driveway by John who took us into the main home to meet his wife Nancy and their pup Joshua. Immediately we felt welcome. There are 2 units that share a common area that includes a larger kitchen couches and TV. If we had stayed longer, we might have used the BBQ, also provided, under a shaded patio. Our little suite was incredibly clean and had its own little fridge, loveseat and TV. Each morning breakfast was served by John; fresh fruit, eggs, yogurt, sausages and chicken bacon....a perfect start to the day. John was very flexible and asked us when we wanted to have breakfast so we didn't feel rushed to meet anyone's schedule. Location was perfect no matter what you intend on doing in Osoyoos. John knows about most activities and the wineries if you have any questions. We were thrilled and would stay again.
the property was nice and well kept
the owners were welcoming and lovely. the proximity to the golf course was very nice and it's not too far from the downtown area. the room is a bit dated but the price was good and there is a bathroom (incl. shower) and even a small fridge and freezer in the room for use. we stayed 2 nights and on the 2nd morning we arrived for breakfast 15 minutes late as we were on a little holiday and sometimes this happens. upon later discussions the owners said they waited 15 minutes for us and then left. this was disappointing as we expected a meal (that we paid for) and no mention was ever made about losing your meal if you were 15 minutes late. i think if this was noted upfront that would be fair but unfortunately it wasnt. all in all other than that i did not have any complaints. nice people. independent entry to our room was nice as well.
We have had guests quite often over the past years that are a little late for breakfast and we happily still serve them. It was unfortunate that we were unable to connect with these guests before they hastily departed.
Located near the 36 Hole Osoyoos Golf Course with two great courses. Short drive to the beach. Wine tours and great hiking available.
