Spacious, modern end-of-terrace house, located just 5 minutes walk from Sittingbourne town centre and train station. There is private parking for your car at the side of the property.

The main bedroom has double bed and en-suite shower/WC. The second is a smaller single bedroom.

The lounge/diner has seating and table chairs for 4 people. There is a flat screen TV with Freeview channels and a DVD player.

Kitchen equipped with a washer/dryer, hob & oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and coffee maker.

Outside, at the rear of the house, is a small patio area with furniture.

Local attractions:

Although there are no attractions of note in Sittingbourne itself, there are many popular attractions nearby.

Historic and beautiful Canterbury is 25 minutes away by car or train.

Leeds castle is also 25 minutes drive away.

Trains run 4 times per hour from Sittingbourne into London Victoria & St. Pancras stations (journey time 1 hour).

There are beaches within 20 minutes drive too.

This is our second visit to Sittingbourne this year to visit our family in the local area, and our second time in your house.

The location is so convenient, being close to town, so we can pop to the shops without taking the car every time. The house is nice and warm, the wi-fi works really well, it's quiet and the private car park is a real bonus.

We feel really at home here and we'll definitely be back in 2012. Thanks for a lovely stay.
