2 bedroom row house steps from City Dock
About Mike Ruby
We are a local family who loves the historic charm of downtown Annapolis. We bought this property to enjoy downtown life ourselves from time to time while also being able to share it with others.
Mike Ruby purchased this Townhouse in 2016
Why Mike Ruby chose Historic District
Pinkney Street has a historic charm like no other. You will feel like a town local as you browse down the cobblestone street to shops and restaurants. The colorful houses makes this one of the most photographed streets in Annapolis.

It was the perfect location. We could walk to everything. Nicely decorated and very clean. We would stay there again
Charming historic house in the heart of Annapolis
Not only was this house exactly what we expected and perfect for our trip, but it was the most ideal location we could have imagined! Just a block from the heart of Annapolis made for easy access, but it was still quiet and relaxing. The only thing that was less than ideal was the parking, as street parking is a bit of a hassle in any city, but that's not the owners problem. Just know that you'll have to pay for parking before booking. The owner, Mike, responded to any questions immediately and was very friendly! All around a great trip.
Cool space, clean and comfy, great location.
Enjoyed our stay in Annapolis staying in this cool, classic townhome.
Great location for midship family!
Located right around corner from Iron Rooster!
Great spot for a girls weekend
This charming house was perfect for our group of ladies that was in Annapolis for a lacrosse tournament at the USNA. It was within walking distance of everyplace we needed to be. Not only was it tastefully decorated with the feel of historic Annapolis and a sea port town, but it has a bonus rooftop deck where we enjoyed wine, cheese, gorgeous evening views of the harbor along with some beautiful weather!
Great location, cozy ,well equipped, lots of character.
My husband and I stayed here during the weekend of the Annapolis Powerboat Show. It was just right for us and when our adult children and in-laws stopped by it accommodated everyone for casual drinks and light entertaining. We would recommend this townhouse for sure. Very glad we came across the listing and it was available for our dates. The owner was very nice and worked with us when we thought we might have travel issues due to hurricane Matthew. It was well worth the added drive time to get there via detours.
Our property is located just steps from Annapolis City Dock, home of some of the best shops and seafood restaurants in Maryland.
