Lovely Sea Front Apartment, With Lovely Beach Walks Close To Shops And Caes

A fabulous Sea front, modern,luxury 2 bedroom apartment, sleeps 4 in beds plus very good quality blow up bed also available.for extra person. Its a very secure complex with a concierge during the day and security at night .. Within 5 mins walking distances of supermarkets, shops, restaurants. Close to golf courses and markets, short distances from Fungerola and Marbella.

This amazing 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is a south-facing ground floor apartment with its own private garden leading to beautiful communal landscaped gardens and large pool. also a smaller children's pool. There is direct access through the gardens to the beach. The newly constructed coastal walkway runs alongside . is also suitable for a golfing break as there are lots of courses less than a half an hours drive away.. .

A beach lovers paradise|! !

The apartment has high quality furnishings throughout with fully fitted kitchen,dining area,lounge .TV, 200 plus channels Inc irish and English stations . DVD and radio/CD .also how has terracce outside that can be closed or open . an extra room any time but brilliant in the winter cos you can be 'outside ' all the time.

We have a brilliant young English couple who look after the apt for us and are always happy to help should any problems arise during your stay . They will meet you on arrival at the apt and see you out on departure .

fabulous infinity swimming pool ,with sea water.. great for keen swimmers ., also a second smaller pool and a seperate childrens pool for the small ones!!

Play area for children including swings ,climbing frame seesaw etc

A car is not necessaryunless by choice , There is a good bus service that runs every 20 mins giving easy access to Marbella ,fuengirola malaga if you want days out .

Lovely secure well maintained gardens, within walking distance of shops, pubs and restaurants and yet when at apt you can only see and hear the sea .. Plenty of restaurants for you to go to a different place each night . all within 5-10 mins amble .All tastes catered for .

Super fast fiber optic broadband available in apt at small extra charge 25 euro per week ..less for longer stays.

It is absolute sea front with lovely views from both living space and main bedroom to the pools, gardens, beach and sea. Its within walking distance of the plenty of bars,and restaurants for going out but a well equipped kitchen if you would prefer to dine in.

Excellent public transport from outside gate

Very secure and safe . Gated community and 24 hrs security.

Private garden means you don't have to go to pool to sunbathe if you don't want to and great if young family. Baby can be napping and someone doesn't have to stay in ,!

Hi majella i have been meaning to contact u , we had a super time in your apt everything was just great & the meet & greet team were lovely we wd deffo return again the complex is gorgeous & to a lovely standard ground floor is brilliant & there is shade on patio all day with balcony overhead & u can go out on the garden if want full sun that was really great for me & lovely sea brreze , the 8 days was great & the price was good thanks for that, so u never know we might book again . Cd u send me your prices if u get a chance maybe early june next year if we cd get few bob together.

We wanted a relaxing week away from normal stress - and that’s what we found!

The apartment was lovely and located within secure grounds. It had everything we needed including fast internet connection. The beach is lovely and we enjoyed relaxing walks along the board walks stopping off for meals by the beach. On the evening there was lots of choice for meals and we had a lovely relaxed week. The owner and agents couldn’t have been more friendly and it is a place that we will return to again. We would recommend this apartment to our friends.

Great location , clean property , responsive owner

We enjoyed every day of our stay in this condo. Location is great - steps from the beach. Your own private garden is additional bonus.

Both owner and housekeeper were responding quickly to all our questions and needs.

Nice grocery store across the road.

We would highly recommend this apartment everything u need great space lovely garden area with view of the sea. The Pool is spacious and very clean with a great wee pool bar with snacks. The area has plenty bars and restaurants five minutes away with great walks along the lovely beaches will definitely be back Jean and Rick (Scotland)

Great location, beautiful setting, spacious apt.

Fantastic location, well presented and equipped spacious ground floor south facing apartment. beautifully maintained mature gardens lit by night. Panoramic sea views. Fantastic glass curtain to sun lounge and private garden. Impressive large pool. Beach side board walk going either east or west for easy enjoyable walks everyday. Plenty of buses to get around and apartment comes with private parking space, gated and secured development. Owners are flexible and so helpful as are the staff on site where nothing is too much trouble and all the information you could need. Plenty of really good restaurants nearby not to mention the lovely beaches and beachside eateries... Simply a wonderful break. so much so we are going again in October. I rate very deservedly 5 stars ! Thank you Marjella, Emma and Brendon.

This apt is on the beach in Calahonda . It has breathtaking views and is a really upmarket immaculately kept complex It is a gated community with 24 hour security.

It Is very convenient to Malaga airport , a mere 20 mins -30 mins .

Very good bus service from outside gate going to Marbella or Porto banus going south or fuengirola if you fancy a day out .

lots of restaurants to suit all tastes within 5 mins walk .Newly constructed boardwalk along the beach can be accessed straight from gate of complex ....

Waterpark in fuengirola. Lots and lots of golf clubs nearby .

Supermarkets within 5 mins walking some of which offer a delivery service .
