The functioning and the quality of the domestic appliances are of high quality.

We are a team of three people, the goalkeeper - Jorge_ maintaining the apartment with dedication

Mary - dedicates a minimum of five hours, at each change of customer, cleaning, ordering, and leaving the apartment to taste of the most demanding client

Both are persons of total confidence

The apartment is decorated by my pictures, I like to cook, therefore in the kitchen I have the furniture necessary to be able to cook and invite my friends

I have many hobbies: Englishman to study, to travel, to do (paint), to do yoga and pilates, hiking, to dance, to read, to travel and to meet the friends.

It is a new building, with nicely hall, few neighbors and very quiet, the apartment is placed in the best zone of the beach, very safe by day as by night, slightly windy and very silently in the night.

Surrounded with everything what you need, you do not need to take car

You can have dinner in the terrace and enjoy wonderful late afternoons

The sea is in the calmness due to the natural bar.

There is an avenue to walk of 3 kilometres and a half of length

You must visit historical and cultural places and the ancient zone of The Palmas

You can go shopping for the best shops of international companies only to 10 minutes walking from the apartment,

You can know the musical, theatrical art and custom folkloric of the Canary Isles as well as gastronomy.

Good location and Great View

An execellently sited apartment. The location is brilliant for restaurants, the beach and the rest of Gran Canaria with the main motorway only a minute away behind the apartments. The beach is 100m and the view along the north coast is impressive. Well equipped and comfortable. We had a really good week despite the weather across the island as Las Palmas has a micro climate and misses much of the bad weather in the interior and the south. Buses into town are 100m walk away. The owner organised car parking for us at a reasonable cost and close by.

Clean, spacious, thoughtful extras!

The apartment looks right onto the beach where we spent every morning - bliss! It was clean, and clearly Cristina has supplied the flat with care - extensive kitchen facilities, games, books & beach chairs - everything you might want. She'd also left some welcome supplies in the fridge and on the kitchen table for us - a very happy sight after a late flight. We have a toddler, and she had laid out a travel cot, highchair, and a host of other toddler-friendly things. I've rarely seen a holiday home so well provisioned, I couldn't tell you a thing that we felt was lacking. The wi-fi was good. It doesn't work in the bedrooms - some people will think that's either a good thing or a bad thing - personally I think it's a good thing.

Cristina had arranged someone to pick us up from the airport, but with only a week to go, we decided to hire a car from the airport instead. Cristina was very accommodating, and even arranged a week's parking in a nearby carpark for us. Before our holiday, she sent lots of emails with local information and making sure that everything was arranged smoothly.

Right outside the apartment is the beach, which has a great little playpark in it for little ones. The beach is gorgeous - smooth clean sand, and it's swept every day. There are several restaurants to the south which are for tourists, and to the north, there are a couple which are supposed to serve better, more authentic food, but we didn't get to try them, as the Spanish custom of opening at 8pm clashed with our toddler's need for a 5pm dinner! A supermarket is round the corner, and some kind of medical centre is a few doors down.

We had a wonderful time in Las Palmas, and would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful location

The apartment is exactly as advertised, modern, spotlessly clean and well equipped. There is loads of storage space in both bedrooms and the only slight critisism is that the second bedroom is very small and windowless. The location is perfect, it was lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by or wander to the market (superb tapas), shops and restaurants. We were unlucky with the weather but still had a lovely holiday. Thank you Cristina and Gorge.

Too good to be true

WE love this place. It is right on the beach, close to all the shops and good restaurants but - even more important:

The place is better equipped than my own home.

Everything is there to make your stay extremely comfortable.

2 flat screen TVs, WiFi, a wonderful kitchen (not only with 2 plates and 2 knives and forks) - evven a dishwasher is there.

The place is clean, bright and inviting

sparkling bathrooms.

MAria - the cleaning lady is worth every CEnt you pay her and absolutely trustworthy.

Jorge - the housekeeper of the building is reliable and there for you whenever you need anything.

The Lady who owns the place is as professional as friendly and wonderful.

She arranged the pick up at the airport. Jorge was already waiting for us upon arrival and helped us with the suitcases. Drinks were in the fridge. Jorge even bought a bottle of Whisly for us. And little snacks and fruit waited for us too.

We will go back as soon as we can.

We love it.

Try it - you will love it too.

Very nice stay

The apartment is very nice and in excellent condition. The view is stunning. The balcony is great for having breakfast or a drink in the evening, watching the sun set. It's right in a pedestrian zone and on the first floor. So, you do get people's noise and the music people are playing on the boardwalk. We enjoyed it!

Excellent

My wife and I had two really nice weeks during our stay at this excellent apartment.

although we dined out most days, we could easily have cooked our meals in the apartment.

It had everything required for luxury days lay living. We were just metres from the beautiful sandy beach, and moments from all the seafront restaurants and shops.

Cristina was very helpful in setting up our holiday, and we thank her also, for organising our airport transfers. Marcelinho our driver was the most helpful taxi driver I had ever met.

Jorge, the concierge, was also very helpful on a daily basis if required.

All in all, a great apartment/location and experience.

Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.
