The house is surrounded by Mediterranean nature, where you can breathe clean air, you can hike and watching nature in all seasons. At the same time so close the sea and the Malaga beaches. Only 1,8 miles from the house are the beaches of Pedregalejo and El Palo, where also you can taste our delicious Malaga little fried fish and take a walk by a promenade along the sea

This agricultural property is surrounded by a Mediterranean landscape represented by Mount San Antón (protected by law) and, interestingly, is the first thing the sailors see when they are approaching our port. It limits the north with the Natural Park Montes de Málaga.

Nearby sea air provides a mild climate throughout the year.

What is truly exceptional about this place is that, while we are 10 minutes from the historical and cultural center of Malaga city, and 1,5 Mi. from the exit 245 of the Highway A-7, where you can easily reach anywhere our province or Andalusia.

The images we viewed when booking the property where exactly how the property was when we arrived.

The owners who live in the family home did not impact on our stay even though our villa was attached to the family home. The private balcony was lovely and so spacious and overlooked the shared tennis court. The swimming pool was right beside the tennis court. The area was very quiet and not overlooked. it was a relaxing place to stay. The house when we arrived was very clean and we had all the utensils we needed in the kitchen. The air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living was lovely as it kept us cool at night we we were sleeping. The wifi was great and we are able to run all our devices on it, specially for the kids. The satelite tv was mostly German and spainish channels but with wifi and our google chromecast it was fine.

The owners were very helpful. They met us at the local aldi when we arrived in Malaga and we followed them to the property. Aldi was 5 minutes from the house. They had a map of the local area and plenty of tourist leaflets to help with the stay. The seafront was no more than a 10 minute drive from the villa. One of the owner Maria Delores was very helpful and spoke good english so we able to have some conversations. She recommended some local restaurants. Even letting us use the house for a little longer the day we were leaving as our flight was late in the evening. Lovely place, lovely owners and highly recommend it. They also have 2 other villas on the property which would be good for a larger family group who also want their own space. Three properties share both the tennis court and pool. There are 2 pools, a small paddling pool for kids but larger pool is deep so not suitable for kids who cant thread water and are not comfortable swimmers. Great Holiday, Thank you!

We loved this holiday

The house is so much lovelier than the small frame of the photos can show. Surrounded by nature and the view of Monte San Anton is beautiful, the stay was so perfect for us all, a family with two children 9 and 12. The orange and jasmine blossom, the avocado, almond and mango trees, the river at the bottom of the track, the wildlife, the sheltered pool, tennis court and massive terrace - I can't believe it was real!

We could have asked for anything but we so well set up by the family owners we settled in straight away. Thank you so much Jaun Carlos, Matilde and Maria.

Tips - Taxi drivers will not use the off road track to the house. Download the EMT bus app for live number 34 times (25mins to the centre of Malaga). Try some sweet Malaga wine. Find the fast and cheap beach restaurants for seafood (the beach restaurant near the Automobile Museum was amazing).

Great stay

We were a party of six on a road trip on the Spanish East Coast from 24/Dec/17 - 05/Jan/18.

The Andalucia region was the second leg of our trip. We stayed at Matilde`s and Juan Carlos` beautiful house in Malaga for three nights. The house is set on an estate in the midst of an orchard full of Mango, Avocado and Orange trees. The owners are really nice, very friendly and ever helpful people. One day, we had a power trip at around 11:00 PM when we got home. We called up Juan and it was fixed in the next 10 minutes.

On the flip side, I can think of two disadvantages: One, we found one bathroom inadequate for a party of six. Two, the house is located at the end of a 400 Meter uphill, narrow, unmetalled road. One day, we needed to take a taxi to the house. For which, we ended up being profusely cursed by the taxi driver.

Overall, a very good experience. I would absolutely go back there. I would highly recommend the house to anyone wanting to live amidst rustic nature.

An absolutely lovely place to stay

My wife and I stayed for two weeks and had a lovely time. The accommodation was great and had everything we needed. The farm is positioned some way from the road and so is really nice and peaceful. The hosts were lovely and made us very welcome. Although positioned close to a bus route (which is excellent for trips into Malagasy and elsewhere) we found that having a car was essential. A super ace we would recommend. Thank you Matilda and Juan Carlos.

We are in the countryside, on a farm of mango, avocado and other fruit trees; our property is a quiet place from which nature lovers can hike through the countryside. You can relax by reading and sunning by the pool or on your patio, or in the beach (3 kms.)

We are also 7 kms. (15 minutes) from the historical and cultural center of the city of Malaga, the capital of Costa del Sol. Those who know souahitent Spanish culture, discover our history and its reflection in the Roman monuments, Arab, Renaissance, Baroque ... our museums (Picasso, Carmen Thyssen Malaga Car Museum, and other museums), traditions and Mediterranean cuisine; you can easily visit and taste different 'tapas' and typical dishes (churros, porra, seafood and fresh fish, paella ...), wonderful natural spaces and charming villages.


One of the main highways of Andalusia (A-7) is located 5 km 2. of the house. We can meet you, to assist you on arrival at the home, 245 off the A-7 motorway.

You can also easily make round-trip visits to a few places and beautiful villages of our region as Granada (1'15 h.), Cordoba (1'30 h.), Seville (2'30 h.) Ronda (1'30 m) Nerja (0'30 h.), Frigiliana (0:30 pm.), etc. We provide you with documentation of the area and the surroundings. We can advise you on the most interesting cultural and natural places for good deals.

In our house, vacationers can choose a stay in nature, or sharing the same house with the gastronomic attractions, and cultural needs of our capital. We are also very close to beautiful and interesting villages where the different peoples who have inhabited since prehistory, being given the current Andalusian character: prehistoric caves, architecture and urbanism Arabic, festivals employers Christian, and all its traditions.

Almost every month, whether in winter or summer, there is a nearby town that celebrates its traditional festivals: Malaga wine, pork, olive Aloreña, almond blossom and of course ... the August Fair in Malaga.

In late March or early April, our centennial Health Week full of spring smell of incense and rosemary color clothes of the Nazarenes, music bands that accompany the processions The thrones are marvels of art. You can see them through devotion or the lavish and rich silver and gold baroque relief that shows the Lord's Passion. But undoubtedly, from Malaga to mark the beginning of spring. By different parts of the city several processions walk at the same time. You can reserve seats in the official route to the historic center of Malaga, or get them to the path of each and see them at the right time.
