(Parsley Palace is situated on 'Juevert' (parsley in Catalan) street in center of Felanitx. It's an old noble town house built in a traditional Majorquin architectural way, thick stonewalls and big arches separating the rooms with French windows looking out to the garden. The house consists of 3 floors, each floor has its own hall, bathroom and terrace, on the ground floor we have a big kitchen with iron framed glass doors towards the garden where you can easily be 2 or 3 families and having the pleasure of cooking together. Just outside there is an old authentic wood oven, perfect for preparing 'lechona', vegetables, pizzas (cocas) and others specialities of the Majorquin kitchen and then enjoy the meal at the big dining table under the huge fairy palm. At the end of the garden you have a smaller pool under the 15 meter high palm tree next to the bamboos. In the garden grows olive tree, lemon tree, rosemary, bays, thyme. jasmine, bougainvillea and of course parsley.
History: After knowing the island for almost 20 years we bought this house to be able to spend authentic quality Mallorca time with our numerous 3, maybe soon 4, generations family and friends and we have been renovating it this last year. We spend a lot of effort to restore and preserve the original details and charm. The wood handicraft and stonework are from the beginning of the last century and from high quality material that was in that time used in noble houses. In the kitchen we have combined the old original traditional kitchen with the best modern standard, a 90 cm Smeg stove with 5 burners and a 90 cm electric oven to combine with the traditional wood oven. You can do your shopping by feet, 5 min. from the house you have the market with local produced vegetables and meat, you are also close to the local bodega with an excellent selection of wine from Felanitx and the rest of the island., One of many advantages of living in a village is that you are not depending on a car all the time.
Felanitx: Felantix is located on the island's south east side and is an authentic Mediterranean village spared from Mallorca's summer intensity except on Sundays, when the village's traditional market attracts visitors from all over the island.
There are many small cafes around and close to shops and bus stop. Otherwise, there is Supermercados, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, library, banks, internet cafe and everything else you could imagine having (even an emergency centre).
Nearest beach is s'Arenal Porto Colom (approximately 10 minutes by car). Palma Airport is 45 km west. There are daily buses going to the beach in Porto Colom (around 8 buses roundtrip a day), Palma and to other locations.
Around the village there is wide range of activities such as golf, horse riding, cycling, tennis and hiking. You can rent bicycles.
One of the island's better golf courses, Vall d'Or is at approximately 10. min drive. In five minutes you come to the Son Menuts, which offers horseback riding.
Activities: In Felanitx there is also a public 25 meters indoor swimming pool with sauna, jacuzzi and hamman. If you want to play tennis or paddle there are new rebuilt courts available.
Felanitx is also famous for it's wine where in between others international recognized Amena Negre is produced.
If you are interested in art Felanitx has always been on the artscene and since a couple of years been put on the map thanks to word famous Miquel Barcelo, born some blocks away 1957.
You will find several high standard galleries, ceramics and private ateliers.

Actually, I should not write this.
Actually, I should not write this. The parsil palace is an oasis, a mental, aesthetic gold nuggets in the holiday noise of Mallorca. I'd love to have it for myself. The amazing feeling when you step inside the doors the first time. Silence. The greenery peeping inside the yard. The kitchen is an extension of the dining area where you spend these amazing evenings. The only sound is the laughter of children from the pool. Outside on the street, it is close to everything. The bakery, supermercadon and the foodmarket. Stay happy here, but rather not tell anyone about it. Let it be our secret. All the best, Carl-Mikael Larsson
we had a great time in the house. It was clean and you find everything in the kitchen what you need. the pool is nice and the big table is perfect for nice evenings in Mallorca. Thanks!
14people, in the age from 0 to 80 years, enjoyed a weeks stay in your lovely house.
The size was perfect, with rooms for all of us.
Especially the kitchen was very good, situated
to the yard, where all meals in the house took
place. the swimmingpool was of a fine size to
us and was in use every day, very loudly.
We vare well introduced by the owners, when
we arrived, and the house is well furniched to
your fully satisfaction.
We enjoyed it very much, and can recommend
it to everybody.

We were a group of 14 People celebrating my 40th birthday at this place.
To be honest, telling from the photos, we weren´t sure, if the common area outside in the yard, would be big enough for 14.
Our doubts dissolved quickly, when we drove up the beautiful, small and authentic street in Felantix and the door was opened for us. We felt at home right away.
The Yard is just marvelous and the many rooms are spacious and quiet. The biggest trouble you will have is picking out on which terrace to drink your wine.
The Interior is very stylish, but not intrusive. When the owners renovated the place, they kept the original character alive. A great mix of old and new. Needless to say the house was spotless and very well maintained.
Felanitx is a lovely small town. Everything (Bars, Restaurants, Supermarket) you would want on a vacation is within 5-15 Minutes walking distance.
Some of the most beautiful beaches are around 20 Minutes by car.
Anna Jutta is a great host. She patiently answered all our questions in advance and while we were there. She even helped me to organize a great Paella from a restaurant nearby for my birthday dinner.
I always have a complaint or two, no matter how beautiful the place. Not so here. 5 Stars aren´t enough!
The Best Holiday Ever!
Hey there! I went to mallorca with my family, we had a very great time! I's a really really beautyfull house, and it's a good place for a barbeque. the street is very beautiful and totally not touristy but that's very nice because it remains so authentic. down the street is a super nice / cute bakery you should really once the crossiants trails. I have a tip for you you really must visit once the town of Artà. It's very clean in the house, but there's a lot of ants in the house. The pictures of the house is exactly the same ass in reall. I think it is even better! I hopethat you've gonna have a nice holiday in this beautifull house! Greets!
Felanitx is a preserved Mediterranean village on Mallorcas east coast where you can find everything you need. Every Sunday there is a market, you can buy fresh vegetables from the farmers in the neighbourhood and then have a nice menu in one of the many bars, starting with a paella. 10 minutes away you are in the authentic fisherman port Porto Colom where by local rumours Christopher Columbus was born. If you walk north you are on the rocks by the sea and even in august you can find a private spot. If you prefer you have 2 small beaches perfect for children, each with a little bar, where you can have an ice cream, a little tapas and/ or a glass of chilled wine. 20 min from Felanitx you are on the famous beach 'Es Trenc', 2 km of white sand on Majorcas south coast. The area is perfect for walking, for example up to the medieval monastery San Salvador, if you came before 3 h, they serve you a typical Mallorquin lunch in the ancient restaurant with a stunning view over the island.
Golf: Vall d'Or is an 18-hole golf course par 71, 5.538 meters long from white tees. It combines two completely different landscapes in the first and second round. The front nine holes have rolling fairways surrounded by a forest of pine, almond and olive trees. The back nine holes have wider and more uneven fairways that go down towards the coast.
The greens, protected by bunkers, welcome all approach shots. It is an average-difficulty golf course but quite entertaining, and with magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea
Opened in 1999, the club house is located on top of a hill from where one can enjoy the spectacular views over the bay of Portocolom and Cala d'Or.
