2 bedroom, 2 bathroom very spacious apartments with top quality furnishings

This is a beach front top quality development set in beautiful gardens, with gates giving direct access to the beach. There is a very large swimming pool, with ample sunbeds and paved areas so that you may catch the sun all day long.

The apartments are very spacious, with the largest terraces we have ever seen. You can walk along the beach to several beach restaurants.

All the apartments enjoy luxury quality fittings and spacious light rooms to make the most of the spectacular views.

The kitchens are fitted with German appliances and all marble worktops. Ceramic hob, oven,dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer are all built-in. All apartments have full air conditioning and heat facilities.

The apartments have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with large lounge/diners where you can still enjoy the spectacular views through the patio doors. The quality of furnishings of both of these apartments are exceptional.

Anyone spending their holidays here will be impressed.

This is a truly special apartment, furnished to the highest standard. Anyone choosing to spend their holidays here, can´t fail to be impressed. if required we can supply a folding bed, travel cot without linen and also a highchair there would be an extra charge for each of these items.

Wonderful seafront apartment with fabulous views.

Brilliant apartment with great views to the sea. Well appointed and beautifully attended in all aspects, including cleanliness, bedrooms,beds and bedding, bathrooms, kitchen and sitting areas with TV.

Externally the terrace is just wonderful, huge and well appointed with great sun loungers, barbecue, table and chairs for dining outside - something you will do morning, noon and night! and a very comfortable sitting area with sofa, chairs and coffee table.

A really spacious, bright, airy and luxurious apartment with a great pool area, and beautifully kept gardens.

There are a number of places to eat and drink within walking distance, and many others which are reachable by car or a very good and reasonably priced taxi service. Aldi and Mercadona supermarkets are nearby and have all you need for stocking up on food and drinks.

It's a great walk to Estepona along the seafront (if you like walking!) or the trip to Casares or Duquesa Port by car, are highly recommended.

This apartment is all you would want for a holiday with a touch of luxury, and perfect for total relaxation.

Can't praise it enough, we're looking forward to our next visit.

Absolutely gorgeous

This property has amazing views and a very large balcony/patio area for spending lots of time outdoors. It is very well equipped for self catering with plenty of supermarkets within a short drive. Turn right along the beach and a short walk will take you to Bahia beach bar. Continue further along to sabinillas which take 30 minutes for little tapas bars at very reasonable prices. We did walk to estepona one day! We got a bus back which dropped us outside the apartment for just over one Euro! A car is recommended for trips to Gibraltar and Cesares. The two bedrooms are spacious with plenty of wardrobes and drawers and plenty of hangers. I would totally recommend this place it is fabulous

Fantastic Apartment, lovely location

Stayed with my partner and 13 year old daughter, fantastic apartment, all we could ask for. Lovely view as right on beach. Spotlessly clean and well equipped.

Would stress that a car is essential due to the location being not near shops, bars, restaurants etc and bus service erratic.

Would certainly recommend as very relaxing and tranquil.

Located equidistant between Estepona and La Duquesa marinas, just a short drive from the still Spanish town of Estepona. The property is absolute beach front, but the very safe and famous bay of Cristo beach is just a 4minute drive.

The stunning old town area of Marbella, and world famous Puerto Banus are just a 20 minute drive, whilst in the other direction, Gibraltar, famous for its wild apes and not to be missed Dolphin and Whale watching is a 30 minute drive.

Ronda, one of the gems of Andalucia, can be reached by road in 40 minutes, or as a highlight take the train, described by BBC TV as one of the top 5 rail journeys in the world. This travels through spectacular scenery, which can´t be seen by car, and all for just €7.50 each way!

Don´t miss the city of Malaga just 50 minutes drive. Which other city can boast a Picasso Museum, fantastic cathedral, pedestrian shopping area, great beaches and some of the best value beachside restaurants we have ever been to?

Golf: Known as the Costa Del Golf, there are over fifty courses within a thirty minute drive. These include the world renowned - Valderrama and the rising star -Finca Cortesin, home of the Volvo Match Play championship.

There are courses suitable for all abilities and budgets, but should your preference be Valderrama, please book early.

A non returnable deposit of £150.00 GBP per week is payable on booking to secure the reservation.
the balance together with either a £350.00 GBP returnable security deposit or accidental damage insurance waiver this is charged at £4.50 GBP per person, (this will give you £100.00 GBP cover per person for any accidental damage, this does not cover you for willful damage and negligent behaviour, this payment is non returnable), is due 6 weeks prior to commencement of hire.
Hire commences at 16.00 hours on the date of arrival and terminates at 10.00 hours on the date of departure.
All prices include final clean and a linen and towel change after 7 days on all stays of more than 10 days.
A beach towel will be provided free of charge for each member of the travelling party.
