Sterling Sands, Unit 211 is DIRECTLY on the beach and gulf front! Sterling Sands is a stunning, oceanfront property in the heart of Destin, with one of the area’s largest and least crowded beach fronts. There are no streets to cross and the pool is also gulf front so you can enjoy the beautiful, breathtaking views of the gulf while relaxing at the pool. Enjoy the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, gas barbecue grills, and exercise room.

Covered assigned parking included! Free Beach Service (large umbrella & 2 chairs) is provided from March 1 - October 31. This is over a $300 weekly value!

The entire condo is renovated! The condo has the hardwood-looking tile throughout along with new paint. It is decorated with soothing coastal blues and tans, new furniture, lamps, bedding and accessories. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a coffee maker as well as a Keurig. You can enjoy the stunning view of the ocean while sitting in the living room, kitchen table, or while preparing your meal in the fully stocked kitchen!

Unit 211 sleeps 4 with a king bed in the master bedroom, a full over full bunk bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The master has a flat screen TV and DVD player. The second bedroom also has a flat screen TV. Both bathrooms have new vanities with granite and tile flooring. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub.

There is a full size front loader washer and dryer in the unit.

We use a door access code so there is no hassle with keeping up with keys. Free wifi is included with your stay. This unit also includes a designated covered parking spot in the garage! Beach Service is available to rent kayaks and paddle boards.

Sterling Sands is near attractions, shopping, restaurants, and right on the sugar white sands of Destin Beach. The balcony is the perfect place to see dolphins! You are just a short 5 minute walk to the Back Porch Restaurant. Directly across the street you can find pizza, subs, beverage store, beach store and ice cream/yogurt. Take a short walk to The Track to ride go-carts, putt-putt, bungee, bumper boats, arcade and so much more.

We welcome you to our condominium to spend your vacation in paradise on the sugary, white sand beaches and emerald waters of the Destin coast.

There is an additional $15 per person amenity fee. I will send you a link to order your wristbands and parking pass before your check-in date.

Comfortable condo with a beautiful view

This condo is great for small families. It was clean and nicely decorated throughout. Our family was instantly at ease and felt right at home. I especially liked the attention to often overlooked details: high-quality toilet paper and paper towels, every appliance and utensil needed, extra clothes hangers, and an abundance of blankets and towels. Being able to quickly watch Netflix or Disney+ because of the host’s family allowing visitors to use their login information was much appreciated. All facilities on site were clean and extra secure with ensuring those not staying at Sterling Sands weren’t able to access the pool, beach entrance, and fitness center. Parking was easy, especially with the assigned parking spot in the garage. The host was friendly, responsive, and quick to assist.

Great location and view

Great location to get to all the things around town if it’s a rainy day or want to do something other than the beach. However, you don’t have to leave the condo with the great view, condo amenities, and beach chairs included. We were there for a cheer competition so loved having coffee on the balcony (there is both a coffee pot and keurig option) and afternoons on the beach. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

Great Beach Access, Helpful Owner

The unit was as advertised. Close to beach, pool area was great. Quality of kitchen items/utensils exceeded our expectations. The daily access to beach chairs and umbrella were an awesome perk. Owner was extremely helpful in checking in and keeping in touch on helpful info and with any questions we had during our stay. Nice place!

Exceeding expectations!

This is a beautiful condo with a gorgeous unobstructed view of the Gulf and the endless white sand beach. It is very comfortable and well appointed. Stacy is a great host! There are many little extra touches. I have only positive things to say about our experience with VRBO. My only minor suggestion would be blackout shades in the master bedroom.

First time in Destin. The condo we rent was great. Easy to get to. Great view of the emerald coast. Condo was on the 2 nd floor which made it private. Communication with the owners couldn’t have been better. From the time of contact to the time we left. We will be back and would stay there again

We have 2 young children and have been making trips to Destin for 15 years and finally decided to make this our permanent vacation spot! We purchased this condo in September 2015 because of the spectacular view! Our condo was very dated so we started remodeling immediately. We wanted the condo to be a place where we could relax, unwind and enjoy our little piece of paradise. We want this condo to be up to the standards of other places we have rented. We have a clean, beautiful condo with high-end furnishings. We have been enjoying the condo with our family and we hope your vacation is as wonderful as ours.

Why they chose this property

We have stayed up and down the strip and absolutely love Sterling Sands. The property is well maintained and oceanfront. We have young children and didn't want to have to cross a street to get to the beach. My husband and I love to sit on the balcony in the evening and listen to the ocean. This property gives us all of that- no streets to cross, direct view of the ocean, and the ability to hear the ocean any time of the day or night!
