3 Bedroom townhouse with sea views to both front and rear of property. Set in Costa do Estoril within a short drive to Peniche, Costa de Prata, Leiria area and Lourinha. The property sleeps 7 persons plus a cot and all bedrooms have en suite facilities, master bedroom with a jet bath. The property benefits from the use of a communal pool, children's pool and tennis courts. The property has three balcony areas with sea views and sea views also to the rear bedroom. The property has its own garage via electric gates. The kitchen area has a gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, dish washer and fridge/freezer. The property has a wood burner and gas central heating. The property also benefits from electric shutters. The property is fully furnished with dining tables, sofa, Sky Freeview. The lounge area looks out onto the patio area which benefits the use of tables and chairs and onto the garden area.
What a stunning place, we loved it here and couldnt have asked for more. The house was very well kept, clean and tidy to the highest standered. The views from all bedrooms were amazing, Our daughter Jordan whos 11 loved the pool even in February, she also loved the top bedroom with her own bathroom. I write this with mixed feelings; on one hand, I want to share the amazing experience we had on our holiday but on the other I don't want to share the secret of this amazing place!!
Our experience started when I unlocked the front door and both felt and smelled how clean the house was. The children quickly bagged their bedrooms and we were straight outside to check out the pool which, though rather cold, didn't disappoint!
We rent a property somewhere in Europe every year and have had mixed experiences, but this had us from the moment we met. The lounge is spacious and the furniture extremely comfortable. We enjoyed being able to relax together as a family, and the free view allowed us to follow the olympics. The bedrooms are huge and there is lots of storage, and the kitchen is well equipped. If there were any negative aspects, they were few and minor - a new parasol and some outdoor dining furniture would be a big benefit.
The area is largely unspoilt and the beaches are stunning. We highly recommend crepes at Branco beach and the fresh fish at the local beach bar. There are three large supermarkets within a ten minute drive, and the beaches are within walking distance.
The house is set in lovely surroundings and we experienced nothing but warmth and friendliness everywhere we went. There is so much to do in such a short distance; dolphin watching, castles and towns such as Obidos, and Lisbon is only a 40 minute drive.
I'm pretty confident we will be back next year!
This is a clean and modern, well equipped property in a lovely location. We really enjoyed the pool, tennis court and the short walk to the beach (10 mins). We had loads to do in the area. Nearby Surfing lessons and a trip to Obidas were some of our highlights. We would definitely recommend both the accomodation and the location.
Beautiful house with lovely surrounding and fantastic equipment. Friendly local people and the beach is lovely. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the internet. We top it up for 30 euros and it last for not even a day. The beach is about 10- 15mins walk but I was happy with it as it enable me to run longer distance. The facilities are great, clean and safe for children. I would definately recommended the place and I can't wait till I go back. : )

The property was immaculate, tastefully furnished and equipped with absolutely everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful holiday. The pool is fantastic, great for children and adults who wish to have a proper swim. The view over the ocean is stunning and evenings watching the sun set are a must.
The property is located within walking distance of a lifeguarded beach and the town of lourinha is just a five minute drive away where you can source all your provisions. Further afield their is much to explore, including the wonderful island of Belinga, the town of with it's excellent sea food restaurants and the quaint and atmospheric town of obidos.
Without hesitation I would recommend this property as a great base to enjoy the delightful Portuguese coastal area.

The house is located at Costa do Estoril in the Lisbon area with Lourinhã being the closest town. It is also near Costa de Prata in the Leiria area. The town of Peniche is within a short driving distance boasting many shops, a fishing harbour and boat trips to the Berlenga Islands. Caldas da Rainha is a historic market village which is also within a short driving distance. There are numerous nearby Golf Courses and plenty of beaches to choose from. Look out for the wind turbines and working wind mills!
The surrounding tourists points are:
Berlengas, Bom Sucesso, Caldas de Rainha, Foz Do Arelho, Obidos, Peniche, Ericeira, Lourinha and Mafra.
Golf: The nearest 18-hole golf course is Praia d’El Rey built right next to the Atlantic Coast; a Par 72 with 6,467 metres. The nearest 9-hole golf courses are Vimeiro, built on the bank of Alcabrichel River and right next to the sea; and Botado, a good choice for golfers in the centre west coast. It comprises of six lakes and bunkers that run parallel with the beach for 2.5 km.

A damage deposit of £100.00 euros is required upon arrival which is fully refundable subject to final inspection of the property. Check in is from 4.00pm and check out prior to 10.00am. Payment of 25% upon booking with remainder due at least 30 days before departure. Late payment will cancel the booking and forfeit the 25% deposit .
