NON fumeurs Pour votre confort nous effectuons des rénovations chaque année. - Appartement clair et ensoleillé. Belle Vue et Convivial. - Location pour 8 personnes avec un grand couloir d'entrée, parfait pour vos skis et une 2ème entrée chauffée pour vos chaussures.
Dans l'appartement couloir avec wc, 1ère chambre exposition Est avec 2 lits superposés et 1 lit gigogne pouvant faire grand lit + grande douche et lavabo 2ème chambre avec 2 lits séparés exposition Sud + coin lavabo douche. Cuisine indépendante équipée,exposition Sud. Grand séjour salon avec coin cheminée, coin bar, TV équipée TNT . DVD Grande terrasse exposée au Sud. Belle vue sur Grande motte et Tovière. 3ème chambre exposée Ouest, grand lit avec salle de bain attenante avec wc, sèche cheveux. Parquet dans tout l'appartement . -La location devra être réglée deux semaines avant votre arrivée, par chèque ou virement bancaire -Caution 1000€ espèces ou chèque, qui vous sera restituée 8 jours après si aucune dégradation n'est constatée. - Le montant de 200 € en espèces vous sera demandé à Titre de caution pour le ménage. Il vous sera restitué le jour du départ si l'appartement est laissé dans l'état ou vous l'avez trouvé. -En signant le contrat de location vous nous certifiez que vous êtes couverts par une Assurance Responsabilité Civile. -Les draps sont fournis (pas les linges de bains) en cas de dégradation il vous sera retenu 50€ /lit sur la caution. -Si vous avez un animal de compagnie, nous vous demandons de bien vouloir nous assurer qu'il ne fera aucun dégât durant votre séjour et 50€/semaine vous seront facturés. - La taxe de séjour est INCLUS dans le prix de la location. - Le stationnement dans les parkings publics est obligatoire. Lovely chalet with everything you need and relatively close to the slopes.

Great chalet in an excellent location

We have just spent at week in Chalet Bobech with 3 adults and 3 children. Patricia kept in touch via email and text message so there was no problem finding and getting into the chalet on the first day. We had to pay a €1000 deposit which was quite costly (exchanging the money into € and then back again), however Patricia said that we could have paid in sterling. We received a warm welcome from Patricia who showed us around the chalet and made sure we had everything we needed. An agent took the deposit and provided towels (€12 per person). The chalet was spacious with a shower per room and the master bedroom having an ensuite. The kitchen has everything you need including kit for fondue and raclette. The sitting room was cosy and warm with a great view over the balcony of the resort. It takes a 5-10 minute stroll to the ski area of le lac and this was with a toddler in tow.

There is a ski hire shop and mini-supermarket 2 minutes walk away providing all the essentials.

We were worried about paying such a large deposit but we didn't have any problem getting it back.

As for the beds, yes you do have to make them yourself (and strip them at the end of the week) but we all found them to be comfortable and had a good night's sleep.

Wi-Fi is available and is fast but the coverage was poor in the living room meaning that streaming TV (netflix) was not possible.

All in all a great value chalet in an excellent location, we will certainly be booking again. Our thanks to Patricia who made us feel very welcome.

Nice spacious chalet apartment - think more geared up for French guests

The apartment is in a good location with lots of positives - a short walk from a small Spar supermarket, Intersport and also from the main resort lifts. It's spacious and as a family group of 4 adults and 2 children we had lots of room to spread out. It has an area in the entrance to put your skis + a boot rack outside the main apartment door. A nice change to have lots of wardrobe and storage space on a ski trip too. The kitchen is small but very well equipped with a large fridge and lots of pots & pans and a full oven so you can actually cook which is not always the case in rented ski accommodation + a dishwasher. It also has a lovely big bathroom off the main bedroom with a full bath and a large dining/sitting room with a big table, plenty of seating and a very comfortable sofa & chairs.

The comfortable sofa came in very handy as unfortunately apart from the children (who can sleep anywhere) we found the beds extremely hard and uncomfortable which is not ideal after a day on the slopes and had an impact on our trip. The bed in the main bedroom was also a very small double which made it difficult for my tall brother & his wife to both sleep in it so we had to ask for extra bedding so he could sleep on the sofa - he was actually the only one that got a good night's sleep. This is the main reason we would not return but may not be an issue for other guests.

Generally we felt that the apartment is more geared up for French visitors where I think it is probably more the norm to pay such a high deposit + cleaning deposit and sign a formal rental agreement which we have not experienced before but have generally rented from UK owners. Niggles for us were that the beds were not made up for us (which to be fair we did know about but it's the last thing you want to do when you arrive late in the evening) and we had to pay extra to rent bath towels (again we knew this in advance but didn't want to pack bulky towels). I think it's these small touches that don't cost much but make a big difference as a guest.

The owner is pleasant and communicated well. We did have an issue at checkout however when we had to wait around for the Agent to turn up for half an hour with our taxi waiting to go to the airport - a real downside of paying a large cash deposit and we won't do this again.

Overall - nice spacious accommodation let down by the beds and small touches.

Great location. Cosy and well equipped.

Well appointed chalet with everything you need for a ski holiday. Intersport right at the end of the road for ski hire, Spar supermarket two minutes away for fresh bread in the morning. Suitable for 5 or 6 adults. Can sleep 8 but wouldn’t recommend for an all adult party, better for a couple of families perhaps. Helpful on arrival. Towels not included and make your own beds up. Great view of the village.

White Christmas / Noel 2017

A great week spent at Chalet Bobech! The chalet was clean, well equipped and a joy to stay in. We cooked a traditional Turkey (well.... Chapon/Capon/Rooster) dinner on christmas day with no problems, any left overs that didn't fit in the medium sized fridge could easily be stored in the cold utility room or the entrance hall which stayed nice and cold; (an excellent place to store wine, beer and mixers)

The chalet is a 5-10 min (depending on fitness) walk to the central ski area of Le lac, and can be skied back to down to along the road from the blue 'Les Almes' piste if there has been enough snowfall. Le Lac parking "2" is a 3 minute walk as is the closest ski hire shop and "Spar". Other larger shops are 10 minutes max.

There were 8 of us staying in total (5 adults, 3 teenagers) and in never felt crowded except when there were too many chefs in the kitchen. The table easily caters for 8 and there is enough comfortable seating in the lounge. 3 showers were ample - the water almost always hot.

All in all, 5 stars.
