This central air conditioned home is made for your comfort and relaxation at 57 Bay Ridge Dr Dennis, MA 02066. It is centrally located just two miles away from Mayflower beach and very close to Follins Pond. The house is located at a central point of the Cape which makes for an easy commute to any part of Cape Cod.

We provide dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans with a Mr. Coffee. We have a panini maker, toaster, lobster pot and gas stove.
There is one queen bed, one full size and two twin beds which allows for up to 6 guests.
There is a washer & dryer in the kitchen for your convenience.

Needs help

Very disappointed in our stay. House had such a strong musty/ mildew smell we opened all of the windows and still had to take decongestants due to the impact! Clean but overall decor old and tired including bedding/ mattresses and rugs. The couches in the living room have multiple stains. No coffee table or end table in living room. Out side yard is a mess, overgrown plants, many small branches down, the deck is old and need replacement, gates on the deck to front and back yard don't work well. The furniture on the deck is so dirty that it would take some time to clean to use. The slider to deck is broken and the screen door fell off when we opened it (we fixed it). Back yard not well maintained. Overall not a good experience, we would not recommend this property.

Great location but house requires some updates

The owner was lovely and very responsive. However, the mattresses need to be replaced and there were two other issues. The when contacting the owner, she worked quickly to resolve the issues.

Excellent communication from owner

We were happy with our stay. A quick getaway weekend with our adult children and pups. Kitchen was nice and the washer/dryer worked well. Beds were comfy and water was nice and hot for showers. Yard was good size and our dogs enjoyed that it was fenced in as they do not have this feature at home. Owner was very nice and prompt reply to our questions.

Why they chose this property

We had an at-home feeling when we toured the house, and found it was quite close to one of, if not the best beach on Cape Cod, called "Mayflower Beach". We enjoy barbecues off the deck near the kitchen, as well as having fires in the fire pit in the backyard. We allow pets, as they are members of your family and they will love sunbathing on the deck almost as much as you will. There is also access to a pond up the street, called "Follin's Pond"Feel free to bring a kayak or canoe to use on the pond. The quiet, laidback neighborhood provides a peaceful and positive space for you and yours to escape during your time here.
