Attractive, well-maintained complex, within walking distance of many facilities

Las Floritas is a quiet complex ideal for families and couples. Our 2 bedroom apartment is finished to a high standard and is very comfortably furnished for 4 people. The living area includes a 5 setter corner sofa in leather, TV, DVD player, CD player and dining table & 4 chairs. The modern fitted kitchen has all you need including oven and full ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster & marble breakfast bar with stools. The bathroom is fully tiled & comprises bath with shower over, sink, WC & bidet. The 2 bedrooms both have fully fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging & shelf space, ceiling fans, one room has a double bed & the other has 2 singles. In the apartment there is also a safe, an iron & ironing board . The west facing balcony, which overlooks the pool, has views of the sea & La Gomera & has a sturdy table & 4 chairs and a large awning, great for al fresco dining!.

Comfortable, clean

We had a great stay at las Floritas, the flat was clean and comfortable, the ceiling fans were a godsend, it’s central location made it easy to get where we wanted to go. Only drawback were the stairs but after a couple of times up and down soon got used to them, I would recommend this place to my friends, we had 10 days there and came home actually feeling like we had had a holiday .

Great Holiday!

The apartment was perfect & in a great location. The only thing was that with there being no air con we found it a bit uncomfortable sleeping as it was about 29 degrees. There are fans in the bedrooms however these did not provide much relief. I was unaware that there wasn't air con in the apartment however this was my fault as it does not state anywhere that there is. I really shouldn't have assumed! It was clean, good size & like I said a great location, the lac of air con is the only thing we had any issues with. Close to several restaurants & bars & the wee shop on site is brilliant! The pool bar when open is also great :) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would return to the area!

Perfect location slughtly let down.

The location for our family couldnt have been better. My wife and I like to walk to the maturer nightlufe of Adeje (20min), Los Cristianos (20min) and the Golden Mile (10min) , whilst my twenty and twenty two year old sons like the strip (5+min). Siam Park and Siam Mall also just a 15 min walk. For those not wanting to walk, taxis to the strip are only €3.50 and Adeje €5.

Property itself was basic and pleasant in decor with plenty of space. However, two major let downs which dropped my rating was lack of air condition which made the evenings very difficult for sleeping. Combined with the bedroom windows opening onto one of Las Americas busiest roads where the traffic was constant through out 24hrs. Sleep was a luxury.

Shame really because other than that we enjoyed the place.

Holiday

Derek met us at the apartment it was clean and tidy had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment is in a brilliant location not far from pubs and restaurants, the complex is really nice loved the pool. Derek was really quick answering any questions that we had. Las Floritas is in a very central position being within an easy walk from the beach and close to a wide variety of bars & restaurants catering for all tastes. The nearby fishing harbour of Los Cristianos is a pleasant walk along the front with plenty of cafes, etc to stop and people watch along the way. There are many excursions available including a trip to El Teide, Tenerife's volcano, or the neighbouring island of La Gomera. The front of Las Floritas overlooks the Las Americas golf course with a picturesque view of the mountains behind. Taxi charges here are among the cheapest in Europe but should you wish to hire a car we are very fortunate that opposite the complex there is a large, free car park which always has spaces. Alternatively if you fancy seeing the island by public transport we are not far from the bus station and for great shopping a trip to the capital of Santa Cruz is a good day out.
