This 3rd floor unit has tile throughout. It features a nice sofa sleeper and recliner. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need and the extra half bath is a great added feature.The direct gulf front balcony is located right off of the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After several years of lodging nearby, we decided to try a different venue. The condo was acceptable as were other past ones. What ranked Sunswept ahead of nearby condos was the daily cleaning of pool, walkways, outside surfaces, etc., and responsiveness of staff.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I think it's time for the owner of this property to walk thru this space with a critical eye and and make notes on everything that is extremely old (pots and pans, can opener, etc) dirty (walls, ceilings, ceiling fans, etc) and old worn out decor and books, etc. The faucet in the full bathroom sink needs replacement, the cloth shower curtain had blood on it. We were very comfortable with the living room furniture and the king sized bed was great.

Everything we needed. Grocery stores are across the street. While our stay got to enjoy Mardi Gras and Valentine Day holidys.Great place!!!

Relaxing getaway

After Murray with Coastal Properties helped us check in, all went seamlessly. Sunswept is my favorite spot in Orange Beach! Easy access to the beach. Very convenient location. Good places to eat close by. The live music at Wolf Bay was fun! Plans are being made already for my next visit.
