Fantastic three bedroom penthouse, with capacity for 6 people. With fabulous views to the sea and barbecue of work. The apartment is oriented to the southeast, offers quality facilities and a high level of finishing. Air conditioning is installed throughout the apartment. Kitchen with high-end appliance including dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery. The apartment has sheets and towels.

The large terrace of about 70 square meters is undoubtedly the protagonist of this house, where you can enjoy long and wonderful moments. The enclosure has a swimming pool. It does not have parking. It is very well located, opposite the Hotel Mainake, 5 minutes from the beach and the seafront, near the Mercadona, restaurants, with a park for children, and the Conjunto la Vega: with spa, tennis courts, football. It is fully equipped and has WIFI and satellite dish.

La estancia ha superado mis espectativas, se me han hecho muy cortas. El apartamento dispone de todo lo que ofrece, es muy acogedor; aunque lo mejor es sin duda su gran terraza y sus magnificas vistas. Esta cerca de todo: mercadona, bares, parques, paseo maritimo y de la playa.

La dueña muy amable y atenta. sin duda lo recomiendo

Encantados con la estancia

Estuvimos una semana y todo fue maravilloso,la casa esta totalmente equipada, todo muy limpio y cuidado y la propietaria muy atenta y servicial,difícil encontrar propietarios así. Nos hizo un tiempo increíble y disfrutamos mucho de todo lo que ofrece Torre del Mar.
