Excellent duplex apartment for 6 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, WIFI and parking in a gated luxury (safely) in the Paradise Beach.

The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and + toddler bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Two bathrooms with shower. How much TV, satellite (international channels), iron, washing machine, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and all appliances. Sets of towels, sheets and all the amenities to make the stay unbeatable.

It has 2 terraces overlooking the sea and 3 pools with private urbanization counts. Gardens, jacuzzi, WI-FI area, games room and table tennis are some of the facilities available to the urbanization that is completely closed and guard service night security.

The complex covers the expectations of a luxury development. Has a spacious pool with 4 pools, one heated and one for children. The pool area has a hammock a lot and has a bar where you can enjoy refreshments and meals while enjoying the sun. Gardens, WI-FI area, games room and table tennis are some of the facilities available to the urbanization that is completely closed and guard service night security.

The complex is 5 minutes walk from 2 great beaches, golf course and bus services to Adeje.

Excellent apartment

This apartment is in a truly lovely location, quiet and restful with excellent facilities onsite, pools, and a great bar on site which does great meals throughout the day if needed. The apartment is as described with towels, soaps all provided lovely and clean with quality linen and facilities inside...great washing machine. We took dad who is 93 and he loved the downstairs bedroom and walk-in shower. Sunny balcony from morning till late afternoon.

The house keeper Delila met us as planned showed us around and was available throughout the stay if needed....very helpful on arrival and departure.

We hope to go again in 2017.

Great Apartment With Fantastic Pools

Fantaastic,modern apartment, very clean, 1 min walk to the pool which is 10/10. Poolside bar is quality excellent value for money, great for kids as a shaded pool table/table tennis area. Close walk to 2 cove areas & spectacular views. restaurants limited but only 10-15 mins via car/bus to fanabe/Las Americas & near enough for a trip to Siam Park. Owner very helpful with everything you need.

charment appartement

Le complexe est agréable, l'appartement est grand, clair et bien exposé, la literie est très bonne. Nous sommes resté 1 mois à 2 personnes nous avons eu du soleil tout les jours et vous pouvez vous baigner en mer sans problèmes même en janvier... Les casseroles c'est un peu juste mais c'est les vacances. Pour la douche il ne faut pas être trop grand car en sous pente. Pour les plages la plus près ce sont des cailloux, mais vous avez de très grandes plages à 10mn en voiture. Tout c'est très bien passé et Daniel comme Carmen sont très sympa. Le seule problème est l'isolation... il n'y en a pas... et suivant les personnes qui sont à côté ça peu être un inconvenient. Nous avons eu pendant 15 jours 8 personnes à côté 4 adultes et 4 petits enfants et tout ce petit monde c'est levé tous les jours entre 5h et 7h en criant, claquant les portes, les pleurent des enfants... donc un peu dure de rester au lit le matin. Heureusement les autres 15 jours on étaient plus calme. Mais allez y car l'ile est vraiment une merveille, l'est de l'ile est plus venteux que Playa Paraiso et le nord plus frais. La situation de cet appartement est vraiment idéale. J'espère vous avoir donné l'envie d'y aller Bonne vacances

Tolle Poolanalge und gutes Internetnetz

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

Der Kontakt mit Louis war erfreulich, auch die Anfahrtsbeschreibung war sehr gut.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön mit einer Überdachung über der Terasse. Wir konnten immer draußen essen. Es gab zwar sehr viele Mücken, aber wir haben einen Mückendatscher gekauft und dort gelassen ;-) Stechfliegen gabe es keine. Wir konnten abends ganz lange gemütlich draußen sitzen. Es gibt eine gute Außenbeleuchtung und wir konnten problemlos bei Nacht spielen. Die Animation des Nachbarhotels hört man bis ca. 22:30 Uhr.

Es ist keine neue Ferienwohnung und zum Teil merkt man ihr die Jahre an, aber das ist normal. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Auf den Matratzen habe ich super geschlafen und das kommt nicht oft vor im Urlaub!

Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig, der 500 m entfernt liegende Strand ist nicht wirklich ein Starnd, wie ich ihn definiere. Aber mit 15 Minuten Autofahrt kommt man zu schönen Stränden.

Die Poolanlage ist toll. Allerdings gibt es Pool-Regeln, wie dass die Kinder nicht ins Wasser springen dürfen oder keine Luftmatrazten, deren Einhaltung ein Poolwächter sehr genau überwacht. Das hätten wir nicht gebraucht.

Das mit den deutschen Fernsehsendern hat bei uns nicht geklappt. Hätte eigentlich gehen sollen, aber wir haben uns dann auch nicht mahr an unsere Kontaktperson deswegen gewandt. Denn es gab das erste Mal im Urlaub ein richtig giutes Internetnetz. Da waren wir begeistert und das ist uns wichtig.

Bügeleisen, Waschmachiene, etc. haben wir nicht benutzt. Da kann ich nichts dazu sagen. Das ist uns nicht wichtig.

Wir können die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen!

Endroit très agréable

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Adeje dans notre appartement.

L'endroit est au calme, loin de l'agitation du Sud des Canaries.

Les piscines sont très bien, l'une d'entre elles était chauffée.

Le restaurant à côté de la pisicne etait très sympa (même si un peu débordés le soir et service un peu long). Il y a une épicerie ouverte 7j/7 à côté, même si elle n'est pas très bon marché, elle reste très pratique.

Dalila, qui s'est chargée du check-in et check-out est très sympathique également.

Mais:

- l'annonce propose un duplex, nous avons eu un appartement très bien, avec suffisamment de place, mais ce n'etait pas l'appartmenet proposé et il n'etait pas en duplex! Mais j'insiste sur le fait que l'appartement etait très bien.

- la literie etait mauvaise, nous avons eu mal au dos toute la semaine.

- il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'eau chaude pour se laver à 4.

- le ménage aurait pu être mieux fait à notre arrivée.

Malgré les quelques points négatifs, je ne manquerais pas de conseiller ce logement/cette résidence.

Aussen Fix...innen nix!!

Schmudelig, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, sowie Wäschetrockner kaputt. Weder Fleisch- oder Brotmesser, noch Holzbretter. Zuwenig Besteck. Haare auf den Matratzen. Ventilation fettig. Holzleisten und Umrandungen dreckig. Supermarket Grill (klein und Miete teurer als wenn man einen gekauft hätte). Ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen. Wir buchten 5 Wochen und sind nach 1 abgereist. 2 Wochen hat man

uns zurückerstattet. Gingen dann ins Hotel Iberostar, wo wir einen tollen, jedoch sehr teuren Urlaub verbrachten. Haben uns beim Vermieter beschwert und ihm viele Beweisfotos gesandt. Würden nur noch eine Wohnung mit dem Vertrauensnachweis buchen. Zum Appartement gibt es einen Film, der super toll aussieht, aber nicht der Realität entspricht.

Schade, aber so lernt man!!

The apartment is in a holiday resort on the coast of the municipality of Adeje in the south of the island of Tenerife (Canary Islands, Spain). It is one of the nuclei that form Costa Adeje.

The sea is the main attraction of the area with the possibility of amazing tours and tours of their places. There are 3 beaches very close; one to five minutes walk away and the farthest, Playa del Puertito of Armeñime 15 mintos. The excursions to Teide volcano are highly valued in this area. Pariso for lovers of water sports, sailing, sumarinismo, jet skiing, etc. Not only sea is offered in addition, Costa Adeje has one of the best golf courses on the island, the Golf Costa Adeje, included in the PGA TOUR, and several sports centers.

Designed by internationally renowned Spanish architect Jose Gancedo, this field Opened in October 1998, it is designed taking advantage of the natural terrain features. The whole route is defined by small plateaus delimited by over five thousand meters of stone walls that demarcated the former banana areas where the land was divided and that have been restored to serve as the site of this golf course.

The course consists of 18 holes formed by 6 pairs 5, 6 par 5, and six par 4 with slope index 128 from white, yellow and 126 from 128 from red. It is highly valued by golfers, for the idiosyncrasies of its travel and its spectacular landscape.

Campo Los Lagos, nine-hole course is par 33 and in the same stand, the lakes of the holes 5, 6, 7 and 8, which give the game a special field and different incentive. On this tour high handicap players accepted (up to 45), thus giving the opportunity for beginning players, to improve their technique and start in this beautiful sport.
