The large, open plan living and dining area enjoys plenty of light from floor-ceiling windows and is decorated with a contemporary twist, perfectly complimenting the modern development. A flat screen TV and WiFi offer some light entertainment; and the fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher.
The master bedroom benefits from an en suite shower room and access to the balcony; and two further bedrooms, one single and one double, have plenty of storage with fitted wardrobes. A family bathroom with shower over bath completes this delightful home from home.
In terms of location, you couldn’t ask for more. The Dean Bank Residence is in one of Edinburgh’s most beloved areas, the village-like Stockbridge. Packed with little eateries and independent businesses, Stockbridge is famous for its seemingly endless fresh produce shops and cafes. Be sure to check out Stockbridge Market, held every Sunday just across the road in Jubilee Gardens. Why not grab an artisan coffee and awaken the senses at the Royal Botanic Gardens, a truly breath-taking horticultural centre that’s over 300 years old and practically on your doorstep.
If you can tear yourself away from the local area, all of Edinburgh’s world-famous sightseeing and attractions are within easy reach. Our famous Georgian New Town, brimming with galleries, bistros and high end shopping is just around the corner; and a 20 minute stroll will have you in the Medieval Old Town – home to the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle.
Arriving at The Dean Bank Residence couldn’t be easier, as it’s just one mile from both Waverley and Haymarket train stations or, if you’re coming from the airport, a 20 taxi ride or 15 minute walk from the tram.
Please note that all apartments are strictly non-smoking, and we do not accept hen/stag/party groups.
A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 25 pounds for unsociable hours and arrivals after 11pm will incur a fee of £40. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.
Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.

After you successfully submit your reservation request, you will receive an e-mail response from the home owner or property manager, within the next 24 hours. At this point, the full details of your confirmed reservation including the address of the property and the contact details of your local host will be shared with you through e-mail.
