This large studio apartment is located in a peaceful garden square yet close to all the facilities and attractions of Camden.
The apartment is located on the lower ground floor of a grand white stucco house and provides direct access via its own front door a few steps down at the side of the main house. The apartment has been recently refurbished and includes everything you will need for a very comfortable stay in London. It contains a five ft king size pocket sprung bed with top quality bed linen and pillows, a comfortable sofa, table and chairs, desk, fully fitted kitchen and brand new shower room with constant hot water. For your entertainment there is a television with multiple satellite channels, free Wi-Fi and an iPod/iPhone docking station. All towels, bed linen and cleaning included in the rates – no hidden extras! Nearby buses and tubes take you directly to all London locations. Great bars, restaurants, shops and the famous Camden market are all nearby.
We had a wonderful stay at this bright and cheery lower flat with everything included...great kitchen with washer/dryer and fantastic living area. Loved the location close to shopping, tube and a small park nearby. Mary included lots of little "extras" that made it feel like home....thank you so much!
We loved this flat! It was clean and exactly like the photos! It's in a great location, close to an underground, bus stops, groceries and pubs! The flat itself has everything you need and Mary was very accommodating. We would recommend it for sure.
I completely enjoyed my two-week stay in this excellent studio flat. I was impressed by the care taken to supply the space with tasteful furnishings and the most efficient small kitchen I have ever seen. All the services that I needed were close by. I appreciated the M & S and the large Sainsbury’s in Camden Town, as well as smaller neighborhood stores. It was easy to get into the heart of London via bus, and the bus rides into Trafalgar Square and Oxford Streets were not only transportation but inexpensive tours of interesting sights in London. I was able to go anywhere easily using the bus or the Northern Line on the Underground. I will return to this flat on my next trip to London.
My husband and I are seasoned travellers. We can highly recommend this apartment rental for a couple looking to live like locals in London. It is clean, comfortable, good bed, decent shower, great location and quiet. Easy tube, bus and overland train close by. Mary was a pleasure to deal with. Her recommended taxi company was very reliable as well.
I put a lot of time into researching over many websites for an apartment for our recent stay in London, our choice in selecting Mary's luxury large studio apartment on 'HomeAway' did not disappoint in fact it was perfect.
The studio apartment is indeed large and had all the facilities that we needed for a very comfortable stay. Mary's attention to detail must be noted, a wonderful well put together information folder detailing the apartment facilities. The apartment it has a nice size kitchen stocked with a few essentials, washer/dryer, welcoming bottle of wine and chocolates, good WIFI, was very clean and a spotless cleaning service was provided halfway during our ten day stay.
The location was great, ideally located to public transport by foot: one minute to the bus, five minutes to the overground, ten minutes to the underground and twenty minutes to St Pancras/Kings Cross Station.
There are several grocery stores in the area, the closest Sainsbury and Lidl at little further on. We highly recommend a walk along the Canal to Regent's Park and a visit to the Camden Lock Markets. If you don't mind walking then the apartment is well located to the British Library, British Museum, The Wallace Collections and cafes in Angel as we did.
Mary was delightful to meet in person, very prompt with her emails and returning of the deposit. If ever we were to return to London we would definitely stay here again.
This flat near Camden Town was awesome! It was clean, comfortable, convenient, and had all the necessary amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer combo, wireless, and a great shower! It was everything my daughter and I needed during our week in London.
It was a one minute walk to the Murray Street bus stop, and from there it was three bus stops to the Camden Tube Station. Between those two stops was a great Sainsbury’s grocery store.
I am not an experienced traveler, but dealing with Mary was exceptionally easy. She was prompt, courteous, and my deposit was returned exactly as promised. She answered all my questions and worked with me on methods of payment since I did not have access to a local bank. This was my first experience with HomeAway, and while I must admit I had some hesitation, it turned it to be a wonderful, positive experience.
I will happily recommend this place to any of my friends who are going to London. I hope to return someday soon!
Mary's flat is perfect. It is as adorable as shown in the photos with a great little kitchen and lovely bathroom. Extremely clean, bright and very comfortable. My daughter and I loved it. It was perfect for the two of us.
The flat is located on nice street in Camden right near a bus stop (at the end of the road). It is about a 10 minute walk to the Tube.
We found a great cafe (OAT MILK 126 Camden Road) to have avocado toast breakfasts in every morning on our way into town.
Mary was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.
The apartment is located in a peaceful leafy square yet only a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Camden Town with its world famous market, shops, restaurants and bars. Buses run very close to the house and will take you directly to most central London locations – Regents Park, London Zoo, Madame Tussauds, Oxford Street, the British Museum are all only a short bus ride away. The overground train station is five minutes away and the tube station a 10 minute walk. Euston is only one stop on the tube, Kings Cross two stops and Oxford Street shopping merely three stops (10 minutes by tube) away. A 24 hour convenience store is very close to the apartment and a large supermarket is only a 5 minute walk. Bars and restaurants to suit every taste can be found in Camden Town.

- The reservation deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival and is fully refundable within 10 days of departure, provided there is no damage to the property or its contents.
- Rates include bed linen, towels and check out cleaning. No hidden extras.
- A £200 deposit is payable at the time of booking. The rental payment is payable 30 days prior to arrival. Payments should be made in sterling via direct bank transfer.
- A 30 day notice is required for cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay. Changes or cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date forfeit the full amount unless the property can be relet for the period.
