About this property

* Beautiful, spacious and cozy villa for 8 people, located in the red mountain skirt of Playa Blanca.

It consists of 4 double bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, 3 of them en suite and 2 of them with outdoor shower. Large living room with 2 rooms, as well as kitchen with breakfast bar and annex dining room.

It also has a porch and pergola with living and dining area, plus a small interior garden. Around the heated and illuminated pool, there are sun loungers, as well as outdoor shower. On the roof there is a cabin with a viewpoint from which you can enjoy a 360º view of Playa Blanca, Lobos and Fuerteventura.

Inside, there is air conditioning, plasma TVs and wiffi throughout the house. It also has individual parking for 2 cars.

Fantastic Villa

We had an amazing holiday at this villa. It’s very large so there was plenty of space for us all. Lovely pool area and we also made good use of the bbq which was ideal. The outdoor showers are a lovely touch. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Communication with Erik who looks after the Villa was excellent. It’s not too far from Playa Blanca town centre. We walked to the Flamingo Beach area in around 20 mins. Aqualava water park is really close & the kids loved it there. Would definitely recommend this villa to families.

Fabulous very well equipped villa, a real home from home. Erik was fabulous, really helpful, responded immediately and helped us sort all our transfers etc. I would recommend this villa to anyone, it is fairly far out of the centre and as taxis are hit and miss a hire car is best all round and good value. Great communication with David and Erik - wonderful thank you both so much we loved it 😊

Great stay!

The villa was great, with the amenities being the best I've experienced from any villa I've stayed at (amazing cooking equipment, coffee machines etc). The conservatory was amazing, especially as Lanzarote can get cold in the evening, so really gave that outside eating experience on the more chilly evenings. Me and my partner worked from the villa during the day, there was one large desk and a large table in the conservatory which made working a dream. The only downside was the lack of basic condiments that you'd expect (salt, cleaning supplies, bin bags etc), however once mentioned to the property manager Eric, he dropped off a lovely parcel of exactly what we needed. Eric's communication was amazing and was super helpful throughout our trip. Would definitely go again.

Lovely villa for family

We had a great time in the villa. The communication before we got to the villa was very good and this made the check in easy too. Once we arrived we got settled in quickly and enjoyed the pool. We spent a week in the villa, it was very well equipped and there was everything we needed especially in the kitchen. The villa itself is well presented little bits and pieces could do with an update but nothing that is urgent. There is lots of space to relax in many different lounge areas both inside and out. This would be ideal for the bigger family as everyone would find some space to relax The hot water worked the pool was warm and the area was lovely. Out of town but ok if you have a car. The only thing that would need replaced are the pool loungers they are all a little long in the tooth. Erick was the person we dealt with most and he was a fantastic point of contact. Answered every question very fast and helped with anything we needed. I challenge you to find the switch for the pool light without asking him. Overall a fantastic villa and we would definitely stay again.
