This beautifully appointed historic home is like a high-end luxury hotel, only better, it's all yours at a price that is lower than local hotel rooms! Generous hospitality abounds from your hosts who love to travel and have high expectations from their own accommodations. We love our home and our hometown; we look forward to making your visit unforgettable.

This is no ordinary rental property, this is our home. We live here. The house is furnished with upscale furnishings and details that even the most discriminating guest will appreciate. The house blends a perfect balance of historic and contemporary, luxurious and simple. Upscale bedding and bath linens, great beds, a fully stocked kitchen and beautiful outdoor spaces all add to the feeling of staying in a friend's cozy and comfortable home. Yet, one of a kind works of art and artisan made furnishings create a space like that of a contemporary art gallery. Inspiring and relaxing, this house is a perfect place for the most discriminating traveler.

Built in 1928, our 2400 sq. ft. home offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, large open living & dining spaces, a well equipped kitchen, office space, laundry equipment, exercise equipment, screened porch, patio and beautifully landscaped back yard.

The house includes original and unique interior architectural design features like a beamed walnut ceiling in the living room, marble mosaic entrance floor, hand forged iron railings, original windows, custom wood moldings & trim, and hardwood floors thoughout. Yet this house has a striking modern feel due to our contemporary furnishings and art, and updated and modern kitchen and baths. Living space expands outside in warmer days with a screened porch that is perfect for napping, a flagstone patio for sunset dinners, a beautifully landscaped back yard and garden that features a porch swing that invites intimate conversations with a cool drink. And if you need some company, the goldfish in the pond will be happy to oblige.

Adding to the creature comforts of the house are some cool technologies that include: Apple TV with YouTubeTV, Prime Video, and Netflix; Sonos wireless sound system throughout the house and garden powered by Pandora and Tidal which allows you to virtually listen to any music you want, anywhere on the property (It is Music City, after all!)
And wireless Nest thermostats for the air conditioning and heat, means that I can ensure the house is comfortable before you arrive.

**** Please note that there is no space available for a group to watch a large TV together. The only bedroom with a TV is the Master Bedroom. Wifi is available throughout the home, so streaming video on your own devices is an option in all spaces.

**** Also note that some consider our home not being kid-friendly. We want to welcome all to our house, and if you are bringing young children, please give us a heads up so we can plan in advance by moving any fragile items from the reach of young hands.

Mega Clean, Colorful, Comfy & Central!

Wow! We stayed for 2 weeks and we can't say enough about this home. To start, it is mega clean, has premium linens, great bathrooms, tons of cooking equipment and only the finest creative art in Nashville! The location is in a beautiful, safe neighborhood just steps to Vandy and Vanderbilt Hospital. The back garden and patio is just a treat. The home is not for anyone who can't do stairs (just a small mention). Bryan and Rodney made our stay so comfortable and luxurious. They are mega hosts and super nice. We will definitely stay here again!

Garden Heaven!

We rented this wonderful Nashville home for my son’s wedding in June. I was looking for a home with a really nice backyard to hold the wedding and I found a beautiful home with a beautiful garden backyard. It was perfect! I loved working with Bryan from the beginning. He was so warm and welcoming and he helped me a lot! I was trying to plan a wedding from Austin and he pointed me in the direction of a wonderful coordinator who helped me with rentals and catering. My brother’s girlfriend is a florist and she arranged the flowers. She loved working in the garden and Bryan and Rodney had the perfect workspace in their basement. The wedding was small and intimate and beautiful. If you are looking for a place to hold a small outdoor wedding this is your place! The house itself was clean, beautifully decorated and well laid out. We wanted for nothing! The house is located in a really nice neighborhood. My husband and I loved walking in the morning and looking at the beautiful homes. I highly recommend renting this home if you are looking for a place to stay in Nashville. My husband and I decided there is no other place to stay when we visit!

Hoping to keep this MY secret home in Nashville

We just left Bryan’s amazing home after spending college family weekend there with my parents and brother. The place is full of treasures and customization at every single turn. private gardens filled with songbirds and humming birds, with koi fountains, wind chimes and outdoor seating make it hard to believe you are in a major US city. Each room is large and cozy simultaneously. And the sound system is to die for! There are very clear instructions for everything, and even lively bathrobes for guests!! We will be back. And I am coveting a few of the pieces of art!

Wonderful home

Fun place to hang out with the family

Bryan was fantastic to work with, he went over and above to help us plan a fun surprise for our daughter. We loved his home and the fresh flowers on my night stand was a special touch. Hope we can get back to Nashville soon ! Thanks for sharing your home with us.
