Close to other Las Vegas attractions this property offers you relaxation and convenience, only 1.5 miles from the Rio and Palms casinos. You'll enjoy many of the comforts of home, including: washer and dryer, dishwasher, iron and board, a hairdryer in each bathroom, and high speed wireless internet. Master bath features water jets for spa bathing to ease those aches after a hike in the Red Rock mountains. The full kitchen has dishes and cookware, Keurig coffee maker and common condiments and spices. Large screen HD TV. We welcome you to enjoy the beautiful natural desert light, balcony, gas fireplace, and easy parking. Public transportation is two blocks away and both Uber and Lyft service the area extensively.

Condo in Spring Valley, NV

Great location we had a car and drove to the Rio Casino and took their free shuttle to Harrahs or Balley's to visit other casinos on the strip. The condo was spacious enough for two to three people. Beds were great, nice large shower, kitchen and bedrooms were nice size. Free parking near building. Could use an extra comfortable chair in living area if you have three or four people staying there. The owner is responsive and keeps in touch to solve any problems you might have. I rated it three stars because the condo is an older unit and it could use some loving touches.

Great place. Great location!

Great location. Nice quiet, relaxing community. Located near the strip. Easy access to many fine dining establishments not very far away. Fully furnished condo leaves you with the feeling of a second home. Your own private get away. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice get away in Las Vegas who doesn't want to feel stuck in a casino. Will happy book again in the future!

Very Understanding

I had to cancel my reservation because of the stairs for my older guests but TJ was very polite and understanding. He also refunded my deposit quickly. I'll definitely consider staying there when I'm with a group more capable of doing stairs.

My spouse and I enjoy world travel. Part of the adventure is to stay in neighborhoods outside of the usual tourist hubs but with access to the fun and adventure. We love to explore local restaurants, places of interest and the occasional surprise discoveries. While in Vegas I play poker and the spouse enjoys shopping thrifts and exploring the many parks and recreational sites. She is not a gambler but may show up at the bingo room occasionally--and she wins too! We spent many years living in San Diego and now are retired and reside in Las Vegas and other travel locations.

What makes this property unique

We love the bright natural light of the space and it's proximity to so much to do and see. Morning coffee on the balcony brings the smell of pine trees and starts the day nicely. Proximity to the Strip without the congestion gives a welcome retreat and a convenient staging place for exploration of Las Vegas and all it has to offer. When you're done with the casino, mountain hike or convention it's time to relax and rest for the next day's adventure.
