The NERJA RESIDENCE is a 2 bedroom apartment (65m2), new on the market, located in the Centre of Nerja, very close to the main regional/local bus stop, It is a short walking distance to the Balcony of Europe and most beaches. Main Shopping street, bars, restaurants are all nearby. Easy bus connection with short drive to famous Nerja caves

The popular Mountain village Frigiliana can be reached in 10-15 minutes

This is a cozy apartment with a modern look. The lounge has comfortable seating, a flat screen tv (Spanish and Internet connection), free WiFi. It has a combined dining/kitchen with stove, oven, fridge,microwave. There is the main bedroom with a balcony, a 2nd bedroom, a bathroom with overhead shower and toilet. A washing machine in annexe of the kitchen. It has air conditioning (heating and cooling) in all rooms. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has easy access to the community terrace, with panoramic views of the old town,the surrounding mountains and the sea.

I did for 24 years community work in Zimbabwe (Africa) but I live in Spain since January 2016. Why Cornelis Meijer chose Nerja

I lived in Zimbabwe (Southern Africa) before I came to Spain. My work was in development cooperation for 3 years in Suriname (South America), 3 years Zambia and following 23 years in Zimbabwe.

In 2016 I left Zimbabwe and looked for a place which has a similar climate where the people generally socialize more

In the 70`s I spent several nice holidays in Southern Spain and knew that it would be the best region for me. Both Neja and Frigiliana are small towns with traditional whitewashed houses, an unspoiled skyline and above all friendly locals.

The Nerja Residence apartment provides the homely comfort in the center of all this

That is why I may say to my guests:

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is easy to find, come and go around. You can feel at home in a comfortable place, located in peaceful street, close to the best what this picturesque seaside town has to offer, close to all what I like.

The community terrace presents panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and the sea. .

From the terrace on the block, you may enjoy the aesthetic chaotic look of the whitewashed casas, mingling, like naturally grown into eachother, stairs going up and down, right or left, whatever route required, no clear plan, no pretention for great walls, windows, roofs, terraces or gardens. It is the beauty of simple growing, where even the small faults may nicely fit and be part of it.

Just take a short walk and enjoy the life in town, the vino´s with tapas, the paella with gamba´s, the beach, the sea and the sun

We had a wonderful vacation at Nerja despite the weather not being the best.

Our host Cornelis was there to meet us and show us around.

The apartment was very clean and well laid out. The kitchen well equipped. The only draw back being gas fired hot water meaning you had to fire up the gas jets before showering, otherwise perfect.

We would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone considering a vacation in Nerja..Very close to large supermarket for groceries, only a two minute walk. Also main bus terminal just around the corner.

Certainly a four star plus for us

Appartement spacieux, fonctionnel et agréable

L appartement est au centre de Nerja dans une rue tranquille. Le supermarché est dans la rue adjacente, 50m à pied. On peut aussi marcher 5 minutes pour aller soit dans les rues animées (commerces, restaurants...), Soit à la plage. On peut déposer ses bagages devant la maison et ensuite se garer à 300m environ sur un parking gratuit.

Muy céntrico y todo muy bien.

A destacar la limpieza y a pesar de estar en el casco antiguo está reformado y no le falta detalle. El propietario muy amable. Volveremos sin duda.
