About Rework Accommodation Management Ltd

I've been involved in the hospitality industry since 1993 including owning restaurants and hotels. I'm now managing holiday homes and short term rentals on behalf of their owners and with my experience in the hotel business I can offer you a great guest experience. I also own a cleaning. housekeeping and linen hire company specialising in holiday lets and domestic properties.

Rework Accommodation Management Ltd purchased this house in 2017

Why Rework Accommodation Management Ltd chose Wirral

This property was purchased earlier in 2017 by local property developer Steve.

Steve has lived local to this house all his life and knows the area very well. He had hoped the place would come up for sale at some point and was delighted when it did and he managed to secure the purchase of it...

The house had been converted many years ago in to a hat shop downstairs with a flat above and Steve had plans to return it to its former glory.

Now, after many months of hard work by Steve and the team, the property has been converted back to a house and also extended to include an additional downstairs wet room and utility room.

The property is in a beautiful location and is a real home from home with mod cons but still retains some traditional charm.

The town of Heswall has a rich and longstanding history, dating back further than the Doomsday Book As the nearby city of Liverpool grew, so did Heswall as wealthy merchants set up lavish holiday homes in the town, taking advantage of spectacular views across the Dee and in to North Wales. Today, Heswall still has some opulent homes, and the town centre has become known as a hot spot for shoppers, diners and for those looking to enjoy a good night out. During the day, the town enjoys a lively yet relaxed atmosphere. While some national shopping chains exist, the town stays true to its roots in local business, with some lovely independent shops showcasing local produce and craftsmanship. Heswall enjoys a strong coffee shop culture, with plenty of options of those looking to grab a coffee and cake, while lovely quaint tea rooms offer luxurious afternoon teas. As the sun goes down enjoy the many high-quality dining options in the town. There are many tourist attractions nearby

Great property and location.

We were a group of 4 golfers playing Wirral & Southport courses. Property was first class, we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Booking and access arrangements were really straightforward.

The house was very clean, warm and inviting. We travelled from Australia, which is a very long flight. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine a couple beers and some nibbles to help us to unwind which I thought was a lovely touch :). The property had everything you could wish for to make it a home from home. It was very clean, comfortable and very well located. The property was cleaned and beds changed after 5 days. The internet was good and all appliances were in good condition. We had an unseasonal heat wave when we stayed which most properties are not set up for. We purchased a fan to help with airflow which the owner offered to pay for. The owner and management team were exceptional and really made an effort to make our stay comfortable. We would recommend this property and would have no hesitation in booking to stay again. Thank you Cary, we really enjoyed our stay at your property :)

Six of us stayed here for a weekend and all had our own bed. I slept on the sofa bed, which was extremely comfortable with very nice quality bedding.

The house is very tastefully done and had everything we needed for our stay.

Highly recommended!
