Great apartment, great management, great location!
This is a gorgeous apartment with wonderful amenities, very helpful managers, and a perfect location to Wayland square and Brown University.
Great apartment in a convenient location!
We really enjoyed our 10 day stay in this lovely apartment which has all of the conveniences of home with a well-stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer, as well as a private patio. It is a very close walk to restaurants and a CVS and about a 5+ minute walk to whole foods for grocery items. We also walked to Brown, about 15 min walk, and RISD, about 20 min walk.
Perfect location and apartment
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. It is safe and walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and stores. It was also very accommodating to our needs. We got our own parking spot, was able to get a short term 3 month lease, completely furnished, and they allowed our dog to stay. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean. All necessities were stocked when we arrived and basically everything we needed was taken care of. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend! Thank you George, Lisa and Bryan!
Summer stay at 441 Angell St.
This was our second stay at the GEO Properties. We totally enjoyed the apartment; it had all the amenities you could ask for. The location is central to all of Providences services and facilities. Just a short walk to our bank, restaurants and food shopping. If our schedule finds us in the area our first choice would be GEO’s “Plantation Suite”. George and Lisa know the real meaning of customer service.
So good we went for 2 months.
My husband and I have stayed in two GEO Properties apartments - The Provencal and The Plantation - each for a month. Both apartments are as comfortable, elegant and efficient as they appear in their pictures. George and Lisa make sure that everything you could possibly need is included. Each apartment also came with off street parking. The location, moreover, is as good as it gets; 10 minute walk to Brown, 7 minute walk to Blackstone Park, close to grocery stores, a bus stop right across the street with buses to any part of the city and some of the best restaurants in town. The apartments could not be better. We recommend them very highly.
Finally, George, the owner, real estate broker, and all around great guy, helped us find a lovely, perfectly located condominium on Providence's East side. It is exactly what we were looking for and his knowledge of the business, sage advice and insight have been invaluable to us.
Thank you George, Lisa and Bryan, Mike and I hope to see you again after our move to Providence.
