luxury safari / lodge tent, camping without children, the "Tuscany of France"

In Aquitaine, in South West France between Bordeaux and Toulouse, our old, stylishly converted farmhouse is located in a dreamy village with about 35 inhabitants. On our site we have placed 3 lodges safari tents and the wine barn converted into a modern, comfortable holiday home / gîte. We rent out these spacious accommodations for a maximum of 2 people. Glamping La Mirande is a holiday destination without children. Your luxury safari tent is on decking on sandy ground and has both shade and sun. There is so much space around the tents that you can always find the sun or shade you want at that moment. The sleeping area has 2 good 90/200 beds, down comforters and cotton covers. There is a mosquito net, there is carpet and around his windows with mosquito netting. You cook safely and quickly on 2 induction hobs on the covered terrace where the dining table is located. Of course there is a large fridge with freezer compartment and pots, pans, cutlery etc is available. You make your favorite coffee with a Senseo machine or with Nespresso. Just say which device we should put ready. In front of the kitchen there is another terrace with 2 sun loungers where you can fully enjoy the sun. With a bit of luck, a deer comes by, or a squirrel, the chickens are always there! For the layout of the safari tents we used beautiful materials (no scaffolding wood). To the toilet with a toilet roll? No, you have your own bathroom, a bathroom (6 m2) with toilet / shower and sink by the pool about 60 meters from the tent. The toiletries are left behind without worry. In the safari tent itself you have an extra eco / dry toilet. With our professional 10/5-meter Zodiac swimming pool, you can relax without playing children. (Our swimming pool is not a play pool and we advise you to leave toys, balls and air mattresses at home). Here we have created a cozy shaded spot next to the large sun terrace where you can read our "tree-long" oak table. Here you also have free WIFI reception. Yes, your holiday destination has Dutch owners. We, Rita and Ron, have been living in this great place for 20 years and started renting luxury safari tents / lodge tents and a holiday home seven years ago.
