Comfortable exterior apartment, newly renovated, located in a quiet area. 10 minutes walking from the beach of Las Canteras and the Mercado del Puerto, one minute from the Castillo de La Luz, and in a residential area with all services (supermarket Hiperdino, bus station, tourist bus, pharmacy, health center, restaurants, banks , etc.) where you can enjoy your holidays.

There is a parking lot in a nearby parking for rent at € 7 per day.

1.5Km from the Confital Natural Park, Santa Catalina Park, El Muelle Shopping Center, Science Museum, Poem of the Sea Aquarium.

14 minutes by bus to the Mesa and López Commercial Zone.

21 minutes by bus from the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium, and Las Arenas Shopping Center.

25 minutes by bus to Zona Comercial Triana, Historical Zone of Vegueta (Cathedral, Casa de Colón, Museums, etc)

The apartment has a separate bedroom with a large double bed wardrobe and balcony, bright living room / kitchen with sofa bed and bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. It also has a washing machine, hairdryer, iron and board, 43 "television and free WIFI, sheets, towels and beach towels are supplied.

Apartment in Las Palmas

The apartment is centrally located in Las Palmas with easy access to shops and bars. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach where you will find a long promenade with bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was in very good order. It had obviously been recently refurbished and had everything we needed. There was a bottle of water, bottle of juice and crisps when we arrived which was a nice touch. One of the main benefits of this apartment is that it has its own parking lot (at a cost of 7euro per day) which was very useful because parking in Las Palmas is a big problem. Yazmin (the owner) also lives in the apartment block and was there on our arrival directing us to the parking lot and the apartment. Yazmin was very helpful for us. If you are looking at a stay in the centre of Las Palmas I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Snygg, trevlig, fräsch lägenhet! Stämmer precis med bilderna. Yasmin jätte trevlig.

Vi kan varmt rekommendera lägenheten. Bra läge vid busstation. 10 min promenad till stranden. Mataffär 2 min från lägenheten. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!
