The upside-down configuration of the apartment has the bedrooms and family bathroom on the first floor with the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner on the second floor. The apartment has a private entrance off the main square with staircase leading up to the first floor.
The comfortable lounge, with touches of Harris Tweed, has seating for 4 on 2 settees, coffee table and smart TV with Freeview channels and DVD player. A selection of DVDs, books and games are provided.
The modern kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/drier as well as ample kitchenware.
On the first floor the master bedroom has a double bed, bedside units with lights, fitted wardrobe, chair and wall mirror. There is an en suite shower room with mains shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds bedside unit, fitted wardrobe, wall mirror and chair. both bedrooms have hairdryers.
The family bathroom has a bath with mains shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
All bed linen, towels and electricity are included in the price as are a starter supply of soap, shampoo, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.

A deposit of 25% of the total tariff is requested in advance. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday (or by arrangement for short notice bookings).
Security deposit: an amount of £100 will be pre-authorised against the card you pay your final balance 10 days prior to arrival. This will reduce your available balance on your card by £100 for 30 days.

There are a number of restaurants, bars, shops and cafés in Dornoch all within a minutes walk of the apartment. Royal Dornoch Golf course and Dornoch Beach are within a 5 minute walk.
