About the property

All new furniture/decor 3 bedroom beach home (studio can be rented separately)

This beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 bath property is just steps from the pristine and peaceful beach at Marina Del Rey, and a short walk to the shops, nightlife, restaurants and the famous beaches of Venice, California!

I also have a studio in the same building that can be rented separately for parties needing a 4th bedroom (VRBO Listing #846988) in addition to a PENTHOUSE 4 bedroom (VRBO Listing # 846983). There are a total of 3 units and 8 bedrooms in this beach-side rental.

Guest will have access to the 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit, a private garage with 2 car tandem parking available and an outdoor patio downstairs with seating and a BBQ for enjoying the Southern California sunshine!

There is a 3 night minimum on weekends unless the unit is still available a few days prior to arrival.

There is no air conditioning in the unit but there is a strong cross breeze- being so close to the beach and with the coastal breezes it is easy to keep the room cool.

The unit sleeps 8 comfortably. There is a California King bed in the master bedroom, queens in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom and a queen pull out sofa. All the mattresses (even the pull out sofa) have very comfortable memory foam mattresses.

The unit has all new furniture and beds (there are a few antiques I brought back from China and Thailand mixed in as well.)

You may add mid-stay partial cleaning for $85.00

We charge $79 for Property Damage Protection. This fee will release you for any accidental damage to the property up to $2,000. We do not collect a deposit. In the event there is damage in excess of $2,000 you will be responsible.

*We typically set our nightly rates 4-6 months in advance. In the event you are looking to reserve our property farther in advance and rates are only displayed under our "standard rate" please inquire about our exact rates BEFORE making a "Book It Now" or "Instant Book" reservation.

We accept insta book for this property, however, we reserve the right to cancel within 12 hours in the unlikely event there is a reservation on another booking site. We have not had to do this yet but make this rule as a precaution only.

All Instant booking reservations are subject to cancellation and/or revised pricing if made during a time where only our "standard rates" are posted (usually 4-6 months ahead of time before we have had a chance to input pricing)

House Rules

No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets.

Copies of drivers guests drivers licenses or passports are required for last minute bookings made within 7 days of arrival (unfortunately this is necessary as we have had guests pay with stolen credit cards).

In addition to nightly rentals, we offer month-to-month leases.

There will be a $750 per month surplus to the above rates from June 1st until August 30th each year

The house provided the perfect layout for our family and the location was fantastic. The location made it so easy to walk to the beach, the pier, the venice canels or even to go grab coffee or dinner. Great house and location for a family vacation.

Nice place, as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was seamless and easy, with clear pre-arrival instructions. The apartment is well appointed, if slightly dated, and had everything we needed. We cooked some meals and found all the necessary equipment in the kitchen.

The location suited us well. Good access to the highway system, 20 minutes from LAX, and few blocks easy stroll to Washington Boulevard made life easy. Secure garage parking for our BMW X3 worked perfectly.

Frank was easy to reach and responsive when we had a technical challenge. Definitely would stay again, and will certainly consider other properties managed by Frank.

Perfect place for a family beach vacation

We loved our stay; everything was clean and just as described. The apartment is in a great location, two blocks to the beach and a couple more to Washington Blvd., where delicious restaurants and fun times await. It’s not necessary to have a car! We highly recommend staying here. As there was no problems and everything was easy to access we didn’t have to contact the owners once. Thank you for a wonderful vacation in your home!

Perfect Getaway!

Fabulous location! A short block from the beach, walking distance to Abbot Kinney and the beautiful canals. In the middle of it all, yet quiet and peaceful! Plus, the unit itself is cozy and well appointed. Highly suggest!!

Wonderful and close to everything!

Our group stayed for the Texas USC game. There were 7 of us and easily fit in this property. It is very nice and clean, great management, and close to the main road in Venice.
