Beautiful spacious apartment (970 ft²) (90 m2) located in stunning park surroundings with a view of the Mediterranean from the south facing terrace. From the north facing terrace (accessible from both bedrooms) the views are of the mountain ‘Tete de Chien’. The apartment has a separate garage for those of you who wish to bring a car. The apartment is light and inviting and comprises of two double bedrooms and bunk bed in number 2 bedroom as well, one living room with an open space kitchen, one en-suite bathroom with shower, one entrance hall and one separate guest toilet. The apartment is in immaculate modern condition and has been newly renovated to a very high standard. The apartment complex is very well managed, safe with camera surveillance and kept in great condition. It has a lovely pool area for residents only. Close by there are two tennis courts driven by municipality and Cap d Ail Tennis Club nearby provides 6 courts. There are two beautiful beaches nearby which are both in walking distance. One is called ‘Plage Mala’ and the other 'Marquet’. (next to Tennis Club Cap d Ail)

Throughout the year there are several different attractions nearby. Some of the biggest are: the Monaco Formula 1, Monaco Yacht Show, ATP Tennis Monte Carlo, concerts in Monaco and Nice including the Jazz Festival, X-mas fair in Monaco, Matisse & Chagall museums in Nice.
Lots of great restaurants in town and surrounding cities such as Nice, Cannes, Monaco and San Remo
Within 2 hours a number of activities and attractions can be found. In Georges du Verdon the European ‘Grand Canyon’ is worth a visit. Ski destinations such as Isola 2000 and Auron and even Limone-Piemonte in Italy. Other cities along the Italian riveira are Potofino and Genova and even closer to Cap d’Ail you can find San Remo and Ventigmiglia.
How to get there: Flights to Nice airport. From Nice you can either rent a car, take a taxi, private taxi bus door-to-door (approx €55 return) or an airport bus a 15 min walk from the residence (approx €18 return). For those who do not bring a car there are buses three times an hour that will take you to Nice or Monaco. The train nearby will take you to Italy or Cannes and are very scenic routes.

A unique location with many things to do. A high rated private residence in a very good condition. Spacious.
You can walk up to Cap d Ail center in 3 min. and you will find a wide range of daily groceries so no need to start the car! You can walk to the beach in 5 min. There is a stunning walk path along the sea side, excellent for a run or a walk to Cap d Ail Marina/port or Monaco.
Comfortable clean apartment in walking distance from the wonderful beach of Mala, which can only be called a paradise. Quiet residence is surrounded by flowers. The apartments are so well equipped that allows you to feel at home.
We have stayed in this amazing apartment with my husband, a mother-in-law, and a little baby for 8 days in March-April 2015. We had so relaxing time there. Mette and Nicolai, the owners, have made their place super friendly for any type of a traveller. It's so well-equipped that we felt like at home from the very first minute we stepped in. We have had a 6-month old baby with us, but we could find simply everything we could possibly need, including a high chair and a baby cot. The apartment is so spacious that could easily accommodate 3 adults and a baby. A view is breathtaking and a location is impressively convenient for getting around (a very close to a bus station with busses to Nice and Monaco and a train station too). We definitely going to be back in the foreseeable future!

We had the opportunity to stay two weeks at Nicolai and Mette’s lovely flat and cannot wait to return. In previous years, we booked other flats in Cap D'ail and are thrilled to have found Nicolai & Mette's gorgeous flat! It is our go-to rental now.
From our initial correspondence with Nicolai and Mette, we could not have been more pleased with their customer service and quick response time.
Their attention to detail in their cozy, yet spacious apartment makes you feel like you are "home". Very clean and well maintained.
The location could not be more perfect, 5 minute walk to the beach, town center, local bakeries, etc. Not to mention you are a stones throw away from Monaco.
We could not recommend their flat and very much look forward to July 2015 for our next visit!

We spent a week at Cap d'Ail which is a very spot to experience the Cote d'Azure. The Apartment is nicely located with very good views of the sea and Cap Ferrat. You can reach the beach (pebbles) in a short walk, but prepare for stairs. The Apartment is well furnished and there is everything you need in the kitchen. Overall it was a great stay and I am looking Forward to going back!

In June the weather was really good (one week always above 30 degrees) and we could use the nearby beautiful beach Plague Mala. It is a good starting point to visit Nice (~20min by Train ;-) ) and Monaco ( Walking along the passenger coastway)
We really enjoyed the stay and recommend to go there.
When you are on the French Riviera, location is key and this property is just a gem!
Forget the crowds, the traffic noise and the tourists, here in the charming Cap d'Ail where many Monegasques including the royals have there holliday houses you find the serenity, authenticity and the grandeur of this French seaside village.
The apartment is bright, spacious and clean. The patking is a big plus! The kitchen is well equiped to prepare delicious mediterranean meal and the terrace is inviting to enjoy a glass of wine with a view. Take a swim in the azure blue water of a swimming pool and listen to the stridulation of crickets...
We'll definitely come back here!
The apartment has a prime location over viewing the Med and a beautiful Garden/Park and pool, very quiet and calm. It is located close to the centre of Cap d'Ail and is only a 3 minute walk away to the shops. You will find two supermarkets, two bakeries, a beauty salon, several restaurants, dry cleaners, pharmacy, florist, Tabacs, Tourist information, Gas station, optician, amongst other shops.
Monaco is minutes away where you will find lots of shopping, International hotels and restaurants, casinos, outdoor cinema in summer time, the castle and many other tourist attractions. Monaco/ Monte Carlo gives you entertainment and fairs all year round. For families you have water parks within 30 minutes drive (Close to Nice) the pool is always very convenient, Beach is within walking distance and you have different blooms all year around. If you want to be challenge on your bike, take a ride up to La Turbie:-) If you are crazy about pasta, Italy is very close by.
