About the property

Ventegà Sea View Apartment is one of the cosiest and welcoming apartment in the village. Its lovely, tiny terrace will offer you a unique sight from an unusual point of view. Central but quiet, Ventegà is an amazing solution for living Vernazza at its best.

It can easily be reached from the main square, taking Via Guidoni, next to Burgus Bar, and then walking up along this back street (50 mt. and about 20 steps in total).

The Apartment

At the entrance of Ventega Sea View Apartment we have a bright living room with dining table and double sofa bed. The living room window opens on a a deep inner court that shows how these houses were peculiarly built on rocks and ancient, medieval walls.

Opposite the entrance door we have a spacious double bedroom with its cute terrace looking on Ventega square by the sea, the pier and Monterosso promontory. Next to the double bedroom we have a twin bedroom with bunk beds and a window opening on another hidden passage of the village.

The apartment has a kitchenette corner with gas stove, oven and washing machine. Next to the sitting room we have a small bathroom with shower.

The apartment sleeps nicely up to 6 people and its ideal both for couples looking for romance and families with children.

The entrance to the building is through a cute and hidden passage, typical of the village, then from front door, just a few steps and the green main door of the apartment takes you this welcoming apartment. The apartment has access also from the promenade on the harbour (but consider there are more steps from this front door).

Staying at Ventegà Sea View Apartment is really a magical experience. Having breakfast in the morning or drinking a glass of good Cinque Terre Wine at sunset on its tiny balcony will leave you memorable moments from your staying in Vernazza.

Arrival info We will meet our guests at our office in Vernazza Main Street, Our office is open from 10:30 to 13:00 and from 14:30 to 18:00 from 15 March to 1 November. We are located in Via Roma 24, a few steps from the train station on your left, right past Restaurant Il Baretto. If you arrive before check-in time (and during office opening hours) we can check if it's possible to store your bags at your booked property (at no extra charge) even if it won't be ready to settle in. In case of late arrivals, pleases let us know and we will let you find keys and instructions in the key box by our office door. Please, visit our office the following day to complete check-in procedures. For check-ins during winter time, when our office is closed, we will let you have proper instructions for your check-in.

Travel light to reach this property, since there are steps to reach the apartment. We suggest taking bags porterage on arrival, if it’s before 6:00, within expected check-in time. Price approx. 3.50 euros per bag.

Train is the best way to visit the area In case you cannot skip using your car here some info Arrival by Car There are no private car parking spots in Vernazza and we would warmly advise not to reach the village by car, only by train. Road path is still uneven and you often meet constructors, catering vans and emergency vehicles on the narrow road to reach the village. There's a car parking area over the village (about 15 eur per day), but far from properties (about 1 km) uphill. You can easily park your car in La Spezia, at the garage below the train station (approx. 15 eur per day - and you pay at the end of your staying) or in Levanto, at public car parking spots in front of the train station (more difficult for paying ticket since you have to pay in advance at machines with money and not credit card), and then easily move from there by train (frequent trains. - approx. 20 min ride) or, if you come from Genova you can reach Levanto and park your car at public spots in front of the train station, then easily move by train from there, too. Train is anyway the best way to visit the area, trains run frequently and till late night. Please, advice us a few days before arrival about time you'll be reaching Vernazza Thank you

WIFI is often an issue in the Cinque Terre and most of our reviews, even the most enthusiastic and positive, mention disappointment for WIFI service provided (or not provided). This property has no wifi service, since previous experiences showed it was not working properly. Sorry about that. PLEASE NOTICE! City Tax (Tassa di soggiorno) 1,00 € per person/per night and will apply to the first three days of your stay. The City Tax is not payable by children under 11, tourist guides and drivers of groups staying within the Cinque Terre area. It is a special purpose tax and the Town Council will invest all revenues on special projects to protect and improve the territory. On arrival you’ll be requested to give id cards and to pay the relative amount. Failing to do that the Town Council may fine customers with penalties from 105,00 to 500,00 euros.
