A stunning modern villa located close to the town of Moraira and just 500 metres (5 minute walk) away from the beautiful Bay of Baladrar on the Mediterranean sea. Recently built, this villa consists of 3 double bedrooms, 3.5 bath and an additional bed in the "sótano" if required.

On entering, you will find a large open dining, living and kitchen space that gives a great feeling of spaciousness and serenity. Through its large floor to ceiling windows on the ground floor you can enjoy easy access to the terrace, the 10m x 4m swimming pool, outdoor dining, barbecue area and loungers. There is also a fitness area close to the outdoor shower.

The two bedrooms on the ground floor have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and a terrace. The master bedroom occupies the entire top floor with a modern en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe . The master suite also enjoys sliding glass doors going on to a large private terrace with patio furniture to relax and take in the sea view. The basement is a cozy space for those wanting to relax or work out.
