Flint House is a beautifully presented holiday home in the historic village of Castle Acre. This lovely house is bright, comfortably furnished and very well equipped. The sitting room features a multi fuel stove, and steps leading down to the dining area. All the bedrooms have lovely views down the twisty village road which leads to the river and water meadows beyond. Charming countryside walks can be taken directly from the house and along the meandering River Nar. The Peddars Way, an historic pilgrims path that runs from Thetford to Hunstanton, passes within 200 yards of the house.
With a village pub, popular tea rooms, a shop, historical ruins and lovely scenic walks on hand, you might not feel the need to venture too far, but the beautiful North Norfolk coast is easily reached and only a 25 minute scenic drive away.
