The dining area has a round granite dining table that can seat two guests, and the kitchen is fully equipped, including a fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee press and dishwasher.

The bedroom is well-proportioned with lots of natural light thanks to large sash windows. It is
furnished with a king-size bed and a large wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom is tiled in white granite, with a shower, standard sanitaryware and a large mirror.

Hotel-quality linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as are a hairdryer and an iron.

Guests will have access to the entire flat, which is situated on the first floor, via one flight of stairs from the building entrance.

– Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
– Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
– Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
