The apartment is located within the medieval walls in the historic center of Viterbo, a few steps from the Union Theater and the Basilica of Santa Rosa, close to the shopping street and the district of San Pellegrino. Despite being located in a very central position is in a very quiet pedestrian street.
Accommodation consists of: bedroom, living room with sofa bed and kitchenette and bathroom.
The 50 sqm apartment is located on a ground floor, to access there are only two steps.
The living room with kitchenette is spacious and cozy with a double sofa bed.
The small but complete kitchenette allows you to organize lunch and dinner and you will find pasta, sauce, oil, salt, sugar, coffee and tea to really feel at home !!!
The bathroom with shower has soap, shampoo, hairdryer and towels.

Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich, hell und geräumig, mit einer kleinen voll ausgestatteten Kitchenette, sodass Sie Ihre eigenen Malzeiten zubereiten können.
Wir werden Ihnen auch mit leneral wieden Spezialitäten wie Pasta, Tomatensauce, Olivenöl, Kaffee und Tee zur Verfügung stellen, sodass Sie sich wie zuhause fühlen können, aber mit einer italienischen Notes!
