Four day after graduating from West Mecklenburg high in 2003, he was in recruit training for the United States Marine Corps. After the Marines, Sam attended Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in history in May, 2015. "As your host, I hope everything is to your liking and that your stay is enjoyable. My home is your home. Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville has much to offer whether it’s a night on the strip, going to dinner shows, mini-golfing, and shopping; or for more outdoors zip-lining, white-water rafting, skiing or day hiking." This is a nice cabin in a quiet neighborhood minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. The owner is very responsive.
Beautiful place. Immediate response to questions or concerns.
Great place to stay. We would enjoy a return visit.
Very nice cabin and great location! We truly enjoyed our stay.
Great for large group
Communication with manager was very good. One of bathrooms had clogged toilet when we checked in and manager sent someone out as soon as we called. Toilet was cleared when we returned that night but there was still a problem. Also found hair ball in one of the beds. That was gross. Not sure hot tub was emptied and cleaned before we arrived as described. Otherwise our stay was good and house was as described. We would stay here again mainly for space
We responded within one hour to your issue with someone in your group stopping up the toilet. We asked you if everything was okay after the repair and you told us it was? Why didn't you tell us there was still an issue? We ask all guests to notify us immediately if there is a cleaning or maintenance issue. You did not mention the toilet until day 2 of your stay. If you sent us a picture of the hair ball we would have changed the sheets right away. You never mentioned it when we checked in with you to see if everything was okay?
July 2019 review
Property itself was a nice cabin. Was still being cleaned when we got there and waited 45 minutes, even when they were finished it wasnt fully cleaned. Microwave popped and smoked 1st night (we didnt even use it), got fixed the next day. Most of the TVs didnt work, but we werent there to watch TV. Only had a few glasses in whole cabin, we had 15 people. Kitchen hand towels they gave us were dirty. Owner was very responsive and nice, dont believe any of this was her fault. Cabin was nice, just wish cleaning lady had done her job correctly.
We aim to please all our guests. Since you arrived 90 minutes before check in the cleaners were not finished since we had a check out that morning. I apologize you had to wait until check in time. We try to accommodate requests for early arrivals but were unable to do so this time. The breaker was tripped on the microwave and was a quick and easy fix. We have ordered a new cable cord for the ONE TV that was not working. We will order more glasses this week. Those are something that over time seems to get broken or missing. We always appreciate when a guest lets us know so we can get more.
It was very nice n relaxing!!!
