This luxurious detached holiday home/chalet for a maximum of 10 people is located directly in Piesendorf in Salzburgerland, with a perfect and sunny location, a short distance from Zell am See, Kaprun and Saalbach-Hinterglemm and with a ski bus stop 300 meters from the house .

The holiday home/chalet is spread over 3 floors and offers plenty of space for friends, groups or families and has high-quality furnishings. The living area is in the attic and has an open kitchen with modern appliances, a dining area and a cozy TV corner with a sofa and television. On the balcony you can enjoy the view of the beautiful Salzburg mountains. There is also a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on this floor.

On the ground floor there are two more spacious double rooms with TV, a four-bed room with 2 bunk beds for children, 2 bathrooms and a sun terrace with loungers. In the basement there is a large ski room where you can dry your ski boots and ski clothes. The highlight after a long day in the mountains is the spacious wellness area with sauna, shower, loungers and seating area. Bed linen, towels and, if required, a cot or high chair (extra charge) are available.

The Schmittenhöhe ski area is located directly in Zell am See with 77 kilometers of slopes and 28 facilities and lifts, ideal for pleasure skiers, occasional skiers, passionate snowboarders or speed lovers. In total, Zell am See - Kaprun offers 3 ski areas with a total of over 400 kilometers of slopes with the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn ski area and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area.
