Our villa is situated in the perfect location for families looking for a holiday that has peaceful and private location ,but close enough to all amenities the Costa del Sol has to offer.

Entrance to the villa by car is also through a electric gated doors with no steps to the entrance . Important for shopping etc

the villa itself is set in its own walled grounds that has secure parking for at least two cars .

The villa has been decorated throughout to a high standard . air-conditioning throughout .The living room has a flat screen TV which has all the satalite channels including movies and sky sports . Fibre optic wifi is also avaiable .There are 3 double bedrooms ,one of which has a kingsize bed. 3 bathrooms on suite

The kitchen is well presented and fully equipped. the property has a utility room to cater for all your family needs.

The living room leads on to the walled garden that has lots of space for relaxing and dining alfresco. There is a BBQ for guests to use ,and relax by the lovely private pool.

Our home is situated in the perfect location not to far from anywhere . The property is south west facing which I feel is very important . We are 5 min from the shops restaurants .But still have that peace and quiet if needed .

Beach towels are provided . When staying for two weeks and over we will be providing you with a change of sheets and towels and a light clean

Our property is located in a no through road so hardly any traffic.

the villa is secluded which is great when swimming in the pool

loungers for all the family with beach towels barbeque and garden furniture and two dinning areas and shades

We have a lovely lemon tree with lots of lemons through out the year .

A 10 min walk or a few min walk to a wonderful ski lake for all ages with a pool and cafe
