Renovated to fit the luxury mountain chalet character, 10-12 people & 6-8 people

Entirely renovated to fit the luxury mountain chalet character at the foot of skiing slopes to enjoy your holiday with your family or friends.

The first one is a 60sqm apartment with 4 bedrooms (3 master bedrooms and one dormitory with 5 beds), one dressing, 2 toilets, 2 shower-rooms, one fitted kitchen (dish-washer, oven, microwave, washing-machine, dryer, induction cooker, fridge, kettle, raclette set, Nespresso electrical coffee maker), 2 TVs, Wi-Fi with phone, and is located on the fourth floor of the Nasca property.

On the fourth floor out of seven. It is located in the lower part of the skiing station, right before the tunnel, and next to the parking lot P2. It is at the foot of the skiing slopes and particularly close to the southern ski lift departure and Péclet ´funitel´.

The apartment also has two 6sqm balconies West-oriented which offer a nice view of the mountains and the southern slope. You will also find 2 ski-rooms as well as various storage spaces.

Sheets and household laundry on request (80€ per stay).

In the living-room is a king size Bedexpress retractable bed with Bultex high-density mattress as well as a 90X190 bed.

140X190 beds in the two bedrooms.

Dormitory: 5 single beds.

Pillows and blankets are provided. If required, a baby cot is at your disposal in the basement.

The dining table has room for up to 12 people (chairs, stools, benches).

The second apartment is a spacious 47sqm duplex (ceiling height: 1m80) with one bedroom and one mezzanine with one retractable bed for two and two single beds, a living-room with another retractable bed, two independent toilets, one shower-room, a fitted-kitchen (dish-washer, oven, microwave, washing-machine, dryer, induction cooker, kettle, raclette set, Nespresso electrical coffee maker), 2 TVs, Wi-Fi with phone. It is ideally located in the Silveralp property. All windows have been changed for better insulation.

Sheets and household laundry on request (50€ per stay).

140X200 Bedexpress retractable bed with Bultrex high-density mattress in the living-room.

Another retractable bed and two single beds in the mezzanine.

Pillows and blankets are provided. If required, a baby cot is at your disposal in the basement.

The 140cm dining table has two 50cm extensions so that 10 people can eat together. It has four chairs, 5 stools, and 2 benches.

It is on the fourth floor of a six-floor property with view over the Caron´s top. You can access the street directly from the apartment.

For your comfort: Wi-Fi Internet, LCD TV in the living-room and in the mezzanine, 2 electrical chimneys as well as a 6sqm balcony South-West oriented with view over the Caron mountain, a ski-room, a basement, and various storage spaces.

For both apartment,

you will find all facilities to enjoy your holiday: the French skiing school for children, and a nursery are just a few meters away.

Adults will find the Caron´s mall with all kind of shops as well as the station´s main sport-centre. For its situation, you can leave the apartment on your skis and go back before catching a cold!

Cleaning material is provided (broomstick, vacuum cleaner, and a mop).

The 140cm dining table has two 50cm extensions so that 10 people can eat together. It has four chairs, 5 stools, and 2 benches.

140X200 Bedexpress retractable bed with Bultrex high-density mattress in the living-room.

from Saturdays (check-in between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.) to Saturdays (check-out before 10 a.m.).

Booking: at initial contact, we will send you the contract with the apartment situation, its description with stocklist, and the booking conditions. You will have reserved the apartment once we will have received the signed contract and the security deposit. The rental agreement will be given back to you after good receipt of the security deposit (30%). The payment then must be carried out at least 30 days before the arrival date.

The parking lot P2 is right next to the Nasca property entrance; the parking lot P1 is at the Silveralp exit. Please make sure to book in advance for interesting tariff conditions. About 70€ per week.

Un appartement parfait avec une déco au top! Tout est fait pour passer un agréable séjour en montagne! l'implantation, la déco, l'équipement ainsi que le service sont simplement parfait!

Je recommande vivement cet appartement si vous souhaiter passez de très agréables vacances!

Magnifique appartement type chalet!

Nous avons passez un super week end dans cet appartement Somptueux! Nous avions une vue excellente avec les pistes au pied de l'appartement typé chalet de montagne! Rien ne manquait! C'etait un plaisir et je recommande vivement cet appartement... D'ailleurs je reviendrai pour de prochaines vacances...

Superbe séjour au Nazca!!!!

Excellente location sur la magnifique station de Val thorens.

Appartement refait à neuf et superbement équipé, tout y est prévu pour vous rendre la vie aux sports d'hiver plus facile: accès aisé aux pistes, espace avec sèche-chaussures.

Les enfants ont apprécié leur chambre avec possibilité de 5 couchages.

Les contacts avec le propriétaire Monsieur Bernard COLLIN sont très rassurants , proprio à l'écoute et prêt à tout pour rendre votre séjour parfait.

C'est notre 2ème séjour dans une location de M. COLLIN après le Silveralp et toujours aussi conquis.

Nous recommandons cette location et espérons nous y rendre à nouveau dès que possible.
