"S'Erisal", stunning villa in Fornalutx, 10 minutes from the Soller beach.

S'Erisal is a private villa situated in the picturesque village of Fornalutx, 3 minutes walk from the Fornalutx main square and 10 minutes by car away from Soller and Port de Soller, in Serra de Tramuntana World Heritage Site, Mallorca.

This beautiful finca offers a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom, so it sleeps 6 in total. The property includes four acres of land (16.000 m2) with a partly enclosed garden terrace, pool terrace, yoga terrace, and fruit orchard. The remaining land is comprised of olive groves grazed by sheep overlooking Fornalutx. Wherever you turn you are met by rare privacy and stunning views.

The village of Fornalutx, named one of the most beautiful towns in Spain, is a 3 minute walk down the hill from S'Erisal, and there you will find a handful of cafes/bars and restaurants, a food store, a weekly local farmer's market, and a small bakery/patisserie. 10 minutes further downhill from Fornalutx is Biniaraitx and a few minutes past it, the larger town of Soller, with plenty of shops, supermarkets and also a farmers market.

The beach and port in Puerto de Soller is full of wonderful restaurants, beach lounging and activities, and it is only 10 minutes away by car.

This is an unforgettable place in one of the most beautiful places around.

It comes well equipped , is comfortably furnished and has plenty of areas on different levels to relax in sun or shade.
Only a few minutes walk into the village to the lovely cafes, bakery, mini market and restaurants means you needn't use a car.
There are stunning walks in all directions and the charming market town of Soller or its Port are only a short drive away.
We definitely would consider staying here again as it is probably one of the loveliest villas in the area that we have stayed at.

Fantastic!

We had such a great time - the property is lovely and the surrounding terraces with pool - and fig, olive and almond trees are the perfect place to relax and enjoy the spectacular views of Fornalutx and the mountains. Miguel was the perfect host, accommodating our late arrival, giving us a great tour of the place and advising us on the local area. We will return...

Stunning, idyllic, immaculate. Great location, walking distance from village services, but!! cockerels early morning noise significantly disrupted our sleep further spoilt by lack of air con, limiting our potential to rest and be restored.

A peaceful and exceptionally beautiful home

We all agreed, this was the best holiday home we have stayed in. The setting, at the top of the valley, is so beautiful that we sat and gazed for the first 2 days. The house is equipped and furnished to an exceptionally high standard, giving the whole place a relaxed and welcoming feel. Some of us managed to stir ourselves to walk down the hill to Fornalux, for coffee in the square, while the energetic ones took to the hills for long walks and reported stunning views. A perfect base to meet the expectations of all our family. Even the late rising teenagers managed to get to the pool and no doubt appreciated the ambiance and the effect this had on the adults. Absolutely no negative from us, and many thanks to the owners for providing a holiday home which lives up to , and exceeds all our expectations.We will be back.

An absolutely perfect house in a stunning location.

We felt at home in this gorgeous house as soon as we walked in the door! Everything about it was perfect, from cooking pans and crockery to the crisp white bed linen! The house just feels welcoming and homely with art and books, and lovely furniture. The outside area was just as fantastic, a perfect plunge pool, and outdoor showers were the icing on the cake, the photographs really don’t do this house justice. The 10 min walk to Fortinilux was lovely not too far in the heat past a lovely mountain spring which you can drink from. We would most certainly come again! Thankyou for sharing this gem with us!

Beautiful house in fantastic location.

The pro’s of this house are many but include; being located within walking distance to the village where there are a few pretty and authentic bars and restaurants. The house had extensive grounds set on a steep site with the most amazing views. They really were spectacular at all times of the day. The house is a home really, very well equipped kitchen and pretty outside eating area, shaded and cool with easy access to kitchen. The rest of the house was on various levels with an open staircase and steps to other levels. The furniture was of high quality,quirky and in keeping with the house. Tasteful with lots of nice touches, including a vast library. The cons are the roads in the village and the drive up to the house are very narrow. I would advise to get the smallest car you can manage with unless you are an experienced driver. The seating inside would be tricky if all 6 occupiers wanted to sit together in the evening on sofa/ easy chairs. There are two lounges seating 3-4 in each. The wildlife around the house is amazing but vocal at times. You do get used to it and it blended into the background eventually unless you are a very light sleeper and keep all windows open. Take insect repellent as the midges are active( certainty in June anyway) Finally this is a lovely traditional finca on many levels inside the house and outside on the terracing. The pool is up several steps. Young children/ those unsteady on their feet would need much supervision. We had a fabulous break. A real treat to stay somewhere so ‘real’ , surrounded by orange and lemon trees, living like a local. Would definitely go back , but in a smaller rental car!
