Appartement très sympathique

L'accueil et la disponibilité de Maria Luisa sont top. L'annonce correspond très bien à la description. L'appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Propreté, nickel. Manque juste une vrai cafetière et un lave vaisselle ! lol Le seul bémol serait au niveau de la voie ferré qui est juste de l'autre coté de la route. Il y a en moyenne 2 à 3 trains par heure jusqu'a minuit mais le dérangement sonore est limité. Bien placé, facile d'accès, à 5 min de la plage, dans une copropriété privé avec place de parking et portail électrique et l'endroit est plutôt loin de la foule de Céfalù et tranquille. Je vous le recommande sans surprise.

Udemærket bolig

Lejligheden er fin og en god størrelse, med 3 skønne terrasser. Der er næsten ingen køkkenudstyr, der kunne man godt bruge noget mere. Man skal være opmærksom på at poolen som er vist på billedet ikke høre til boligen, så den er åben for alle og der skal betales ekstra for at bruge den. Prisen for brug af poolen er 8 euro Per person den første dag og 5 euro Per Person de næste dage, hvilket vi blev overrasket over at det ikke var med i lejeprisen, og synes det var en høj pris at betale. Der er en udemærket strand 400 meter fra boligen, som man kan gå til. Men det kræver at man har en bil for der er er stykke vej til indkøb, butikker og hyggelige byer.
