About Paige Stout
Phil and Paige meet 28 years ago. Dated for 2 weeks, eloped, and have been happily married since. We have a 15 year old daughter and enjoy traveling. We fell in love with the Bahamas 9 years ago. We stayed in various hotels/timeshares and decided to buy a home. Phil loves to fish, Paige loves the beach and our daughter loves horses, the beach, and fishing. We have tried to think of all of the things we like to do and introduce you to the beautiful people and experiences that endeared the island to us.
Paige Stout purchased this Condo in 2015
Why Paige Stout chose Williams Town
Do we need to mention that you fall asleep to the sounds of the surf? You wake to the sun cresting the sea. You and throw a rock off the patio and see it splash. Between you and the ocean, sits a private pool and lounge area. Adjacent is a resort; complete with restaurant, swim up bar, hot tub, jet ski rentals, and other accouterments.
What makes this Condo unique
When you walk down to the beach you will find yourself alone with your moments of clarity and solitude. From sunrise to sunset this is a vibrant beach with pristine waters, vibrant sea life, active coral and a reflection of time gone by. Images of Hemingway and adventure are everywhere.

Property was not as nice as listed
I was upset by this listing, it sounded perfect with the miles of endless beach to walk, except there is no beach in front of this unit. We had to use the beach at the resort next door to go into the ocean. A few changes should be made thats listed under the property. The kayaks are ruined, the cooler is broken, there are no beach towels, the bath towels are old and need to be replaced, also so do all the shower curtains. The tubs were stained dirty. Not a place I would recommend. Also not in a great location. Glad we rented a car to be able to travel to the nicer areas and enjoy beaches elsewhere.
Another great vacation on Grand Bahama
This was our first time staying at Cannes, and we were impressed. The unit was neat, clean, and had everything we needed.
The grounds of the property were beautifully landscaped, and well cared for. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the deck looking across the landscape.
I would recommend this property.

Lovely location on the beach
We enjoyed a delightful stay at this property. The snorkeling/beach gear included was greatly appreciated. The local property manager was helpful and gracious, as was the property owner.
