This beautiful and original-style house is located on a hilltop in a quiet area near Zminj. The central location on the peninsula makes the house a good starting point for excursions all over Istria. The house is surrounded by forests, meadows, vineyards and olive groves and offers good opportunities for long walks and bike rides. You can take the lovely pool (seasonal) to relax in the sun and a dip in between. The plot with a lovely fish pond is fenced. The whole interior is evidence of exclusivity and you can enjoy the fireplace romantic moments. In late August Zminj is one of the most famous festivals celebrated of Istria. Take a trip along the west coast and visit the towns of Porec and Rovinj. Enjoy a glass of wine in the shade and breathe in the fresh sea air. Art lovers will be advised to visit the city Savicenta, with a Castelum in the middle of the village.

Zminj is the geographical center of Istria, which is why only 15-20 minutes drive away from all the attractive seaside towns (Porec, Rovinj, Rovinj, Pula, Rabac...). Existing cultural - historical monuments testify to the rich heritage Zminj. The importance and status fo traffic intersection Zminj has since the Iron Age because they were already roads leading to larger existing settlements, and these roads, with only small modifications, kept up to date. Therefore, if staying at Villa Damiana you will be just twenty kilometers away from famous destinations on the coast like the nearest Rovinj, Bale, Porec, Vrsar, Rabac, National Park of Brijuni, Rt Kamenjak in Premantura, Livade (Buzet), etc..
