About Vacasa of South Florida
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wifes family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

I loved every thing about this room, very clean and perfect. The view is to die for. I will defiantly stay at this room again.
Room had a nice view
Great location but unit left much to be desired
Pros: great location out of the way from high tourist traffic, amazing view of the ocean, perfect balcony where we spent much our time, direct access to the beach, comfortable bed (other reviewers had complained about how uncomfortable it was but we thought it was fine).
Cons: Old condo building means paper thin walls through which we could hear everything, the unit is right next to the trash room/chute which you can hear, many parts of the condo's kitchen and bathroom seemed to be falling apart and not well taken care of, the kitchen sink has no hot water so washing dishes was done in cold water, the shower water was cold a lot of the time, the amenities were pretty sparse in the kitchen (though it does warn you in the listing that the kitchen is only good for minimum food preparation), we ran out of toilet paper as we were left only a roll and a half for two people for 7 days, and the cleaning crew was trying to get us out of the condo an hour before our check out time while we were trying to pack up and leave.
Ultimately, we had a nice visit and the condo was fine for our major requirement which was a place to relax by the ocean. However, if we come back to the area we will most likely try to find somewhere a little more updated and user friendly.
Exactly what we expected. Gorgeous view. Only negatives: several property managers in building however Vacasa is very accessible. The bed is very uncomfortable. No AT&T service in the room but that was a bonus for us. The toaster oven smelled like cleaning chemicals when we tried using it. The elevators take a very very long time.
The pros: The View and balcony with sliding glass doors are incredible. Repeat. INCREDIBLE! The two room setup is very convenient. We would stay here again.
The view was incredible!
I stayed with two of my girlfriends for four nights. The place was perfect!!! It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the view was incredible!!!! Great location. I would definitely stay again.
