This is lovely 4 room holiday villa is located in very heart of small fisherman village Sumartin, Brac Island.
Villa is furnished traditionally but allows you to also enjoy all modern and contemporary appliances.
Take some time to relax on the terrace and watch over your children while enjoying yourself in a splash in your own private pool.

Ljubica Gabrić purchased this villa in 2011
The neighborhood consists of small stone houses in the middle of olive groves, orchards and vineyards, the effort of our islanders whose love is reflected in every tree and bush.
This traditional Dalmatian stone house stands out by the old wooden furniture from the early 20th century. It evokes a feeling of grandma’s home, but at the same time it offers all the modern conveniences you need.
Relaxation, peace, fresh air and the feeling of home, and the vicinity to the center (100 m) will take you to the heavenly journey throughout this scenery.
You can swim in the pool that dominates the outer part of the house, and if you come with children, they can play around the meadow below the house made just for your children. The nearest beach is just 50 m away.
“Location very close to the three restaurants and the two grocery stores located in Sumartin. The hause was exactly as in photos and Angela, the hausekeep, was very helpful and friendly. There is an amazing beach in Sumartin, the Blue Lagoon and it's about 15 min walk from Villa Vjeka. There are also closer beaches, but smaller.”
We were a party of 6, staying in this property. The location in Sumartin is excellent, near the beach and also the small harbour area with local shops and restaurants. The villa is well maintained with good facilities, especially the pool. We liked the location because it was quiet even in the summer season, and getting around Brac and over to the mainland via the ferry was very easy. We will definitely return in the future.
Villa Vjeka is a 5 min walk (up hill) from the lovely little fishing village of Sumartin. You'll find everything you'll need there from supermarket, bakery, fish shop, ice-cream parlour, post office, and restaurants. We hired a great boat in the port and explored the islands coast and found some wonderful rustic restaurants. The villa was very comfortable especially with the airconditioning (Croatia had a heat wave whilst we were there!), it accommodated our two families well. We loved the pool and garden where we found 11 edible plants/trees. Orvas provided an excellent service from booking to departure making the whole expierce easy. We'd definitely go back!
We had an amazing time while staying at Villa Bonaca. Since we were a big group of friends the house was perfect for us! It was spacious, clean and with all of the neccessary things provided for us, and of course the pool area was a favourite for us. Time well spent.
Croatia was amazing, thank you!
The Villa was perfect for our needs clean, comfy and in a great location. The facilities were more than i expected a wonderful cooker, toaster and coffee maker, tv dvd and stereo. The beds were comfy too!
The villa housekeeper was amazing, very helpful and a great person to be in touch with each day we were there. It was great to constantly have clean towels and she was very helpful in telling us about taxis, car rentals and any other information we needed. She was just great.
We felt very welcome and the service provided before our stay, from initial booking to arranging taxi's for us from the ferry port was amazing. During our stay all staff were very friendly and helpful everything we requested was granted.
I can also say that our holiday was super I every possible way. All the people we meet was so kind and helpful. It was tidy and clean every were with beautiful flowers. We did swim in the sea both from the sailboat and from the beach in Bol, and the water was lovely. Crystal-clear and god temperature.
All my colleagues have also heard about our visit in Croatia and how wonderful it was so they have all our recommendations to come and visit your beautiful country, islands and your villa.
Thank you for all your help preparing everything and giving us information in front of our stay in Brac, you are so service minded!
Sumartin on Brac has a ferry dock and so, like Supetar and Bol, is one of the entrances to Brac.
Although it has good connections with Makarska and is visited by tourist yachts, Sumartin is still a peaceful place to spend a restful holiday.
There are some quiet, hidden coves nearby (Rasotica, Zukovik, Radovnja, Studena, Zvirje and Spilice) with sandy or pebble beaches.
Sumartin is attractive because it has retained its simplicity, with its lovely beaches, unspoiled nature and crystal clear sea.
You can always find fresh fish and other local delicacies, like cheese, honey, lamb and wine.
If you want entertainment, you can always go to Bol, one of the best-known Adriatic destinations with a vibrant nightlife and a wide range of sporting activities
Sumartin on Brac is the most recent, most easterly settlement, by the eastern point of Brac. In fact, until the 19th century it was known as East Brac. The name Sumartin is linked to immigrants from the Makarska mainland who fled here from the Turkish invasion in 1646 and established a shrine dedicated to St. Martin, one of the saints of their former home. On the site where the medieval church of St. Martin used to stand, there is now a Franciscan monastery, whose foundations were laid in 1747 by the famous Dalmatian poet friar, Andrija Kacic-Miosic.
The village grew steadily and spontaneously on the slopes around the bay and the newcomers lived from fishing, boatbuilding and seafaring. The Lucica boatbuilding yard in Sumartin on Brac, in which traditional wooden boats are built, is today one of very few remaining on the Adriatic. It is also interesting to note that professional fishing the world over benefited from an invention by a man of Brač, Mario Puratic, who emigrated to the United States in 1955 and invented a pulley for dropping and hauling in fishing nets.
