The materials used for the finishes and furnishing accessories are of the highest standard: floors in Venetian terrazzo, parquet and majolica, marble stairs, Murano glass chandeliers, professional appliances in the kitchen. The property is located in the centre of Villafranca di Verona, in a quiet residential area, with its privacy guaranteed by the fence and vegetation of its exclusive garden.

Villa Renza has four floors. The entrance on the ground floor leads into the spacious living room with open ceiling, to the open-plan kitchen/dining room with professional-level equipment, to the reading room with double sofa bed, to the guest bathroom and to the laundry room; each room has French windows with outside access which lend a particular brightness to the rooms; the living room and kitchen lead out to an external dining area with view of the garden. A spectacular marble staircase leads up to the first floor, overlooking the living room below, with two double bedrooms with queensize bed, one with en-suite bathroom with shower, a single bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and the beautiful master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with double washbasin, large hydro-massage tub and Turkish bath with mosaic-lined shower; these first floor rooms, too, are very bright. On the second, loft, floor is another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with an unusual vintage tub. There is also a basement, accessible from both the internal staircase and an external ramp, composed of a bathroom with shower and a large taverna with fitness area provided with gym equipment; the adjoining garage has room for three cars.
Surrounding Villa Renza is a 600 sq m garden with lawn, laurel hedge, pines, cork oaks and flower beds. Within it is the swimming pool, with umbrellas and sunbeds set out directly on the lawn, and an outdoor dining area, with awning and view of the garden, for guests to enjoy alfresco meals with the possibility of using the barbecue. In a quiet and secluded location is a covered enclosure for four-legged guests.
The swimming pool is situated in the garden and can be reached either from the pedestrian gate or down six steps from the house. It measures 8 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1,40 m; access to the water is via Roman steps, it is lined in blue PVC and has heating, chlorine purification, internal and external lighting and a hot and cold-water shower. The border is in white anti-slip marble. The sunbathing area, on the lawn, is provided with sunbeds, umbrellas, a small table and two benches.
