Wohnung toll, Abwicklung durch Belvilla schrott

Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist super. Sehr sauber, ordentlich ausgerüstet, nah am strand etc. Hat auch Wi-Fi (war nicht inseriert). Mein Dank an die Gastgeber/Eigentümer. Die FeWo wird online durch Belvilla betreut. Die sind unter aller sau. Buchen die Restzahlung nicht ab und stornieren darauf die Whg - und behalten die vorrauszahlung! Habe es erneut reserviert und lange mit denen telefoniert. Das wurde durch die MA gerettet. Akzeptieren nicht alle Zahlungsarten (Kreditkarte, PayPal gingen nicht). Website und E-Mails mit Schreibfehlern und teilweise in Fremdsprachen (Holländisch). Für eine Europaweit agierende Firma unter aller sau. Die Bezahl-Website habe ich spontan als nicht vertrauenswürdig eingestuft! Können nicht einmal IBAN korrekt schreiben. Aber wie geschrieben hatte ich lange mit einer Mitarbeiterin telefoniert, die alles richtig stellte. Die Restzahlung wurde dann per Lastschrift gebucht - weil es die einzige funktionierende Zahlungsmethode war. Aber der Urlaub war schön.
