The apartment is situated in a small gated community set in well maintained gardens, with a private pool for residents and car parking spaces. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom & 2 bathrooms with showers. The living/dining area is spacious and open plan with air conditioning and includes a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. Access is provided to the internet and UK TV channels plus movies and box sets. Also provided are a dvd player and Bluetooth speaker. The outside terrace is spacious and includes a barbecue and a view to the sea. The complex is quiet and private but is only a 5 min walk to the beach and waterfront restaraunts & bars. Torreblanca train station an ATM and supermarket are a 2 min walk away.

The 'Atico' apartment is on the 4th floor with steps in a series of 7.( no lift ) It is felt, therefore, that it would be unsuitable for anybody with walking difficulties.

  • Both bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space and a clock radio. There is a small enclosed sun terrace off the double bedroom. The fold out bed is positioned in the living area but although it would be snug, it would be possible to position it in either bedroom.

The property is on the 4th floor with no lift, with steps in a series of 8. This makes it unsuitable for anyone with walking difficulties. Otherwise it is appropriate for all age groups. The pool is open early until late, however, it is closed between 3pm and 5pm in order to resepct the wishes of Spanish residents.

Very peaceful

Stayed in this complex last October so knew the area apartment little hard to find had to ring to get directions at the bottom of the complex on the top floor got there in the end lot steps but fine for us wudnt suit anybody that has walking difficulties apartment was perfect good space plenty of kitchen utensils everything you would need and more plenty towels 2 bathrooms which was excellent everything was spotlessly clean great views from roof terrace were we had many meals and drinks great TV kids found plenty to watch complex it's self is spotless the wee man who we seen everyday does a fantastic job only disappointing thing was NO WiFi and it's advertising says with wifi I emailed the office and went to pay my rent and explained the wifi wasn't working but nothing was done kids missed it big time for their tablets and phones only negative thing about our week would definitely return to this apartment only if wifi was sorted 🤗

Lovely apartment has everything you need well equipped kitchen large outdoor terrace.booked this apartment because it was advertised as having English tv and WiFi but we never had either.went to Balmoral office after the weekend to inform them and nothing was done about it.

we were not told the apartment had Spanish tv only, which was no good to us as we don't speak Spanish. we had to buy dvds to get some kind of entertainment at night.we would not have booked the apartment if we had known. apart from the tv issue the apartment was very well maintained and clean.

We were unfortunately unaware prior to your stay that the system we had in place had stopped functioning properly. I can only apologise - there seems to be a problem across the area at the moment. We have now updated to a new provider so the problem should not occur in the future. Apologies again for the problem & I hope that this will not put you off staying with us again in the future.

The apartment is exactly as described, large, airy, clean and with a great terrace with two sunbeds, chairs and a weber bbq. We slept in the second bedroom, for we found the mattress on the double bed a bit too hard for us and the twin beds had good mattresses. Everything you need and more, much more is there for you to use. Loads of towels and linnen, even beach towels! Mind you that you have to climb 58 stair steps, (10 down, 48 up) to get to your apartment! It's a bit difficult to find in the complex, because it is number a6, which is situated above 17a and 19a!!LOGICAL!! At the end on your left.We will certainly return to this apartment if we come back to Fuengirola! Loved it.

Clean & spacious,home from home

Very very clean,homely apartment,quiet location and 2 minutes walk from train station but as the advert does say its up a steepish incline and a lot of steps up to apartment.The bottle of water in fridge was a welcome touch.Lots of dvds and board games to keep u amused.We usually stay in Fuengirola so found Torreblanca too quiet although a 5 minute walk to los boliches saw a few nice shops and another 5 minute walk to Fuengirola and the night life and restaurants are in abundance,or just take the train,its 4 minutes to Fuengirola.I would rate this apartment 8 out of 10 just for a few minor things that could have been slightly better..We weren't given directions and got dropped off at the complex round the corner,a kind english lady was very helpful in telling us where to go though.The balcony light didnt work so we couldnt sit outside in the evenings.We weren't told what to do with the keys at the end of our stay so we just left them in the apartment(we're used to staying in hotels) and we weren't told the pool couldn't be used after October.All in all though we loved our hol and apart fromthe steps the apartment is wonderful.

Casablanca is located in Torreblanca at the eastern end of Fuengirola. It is in a quiet location in a private gated community, but is only a 5 min walk from the blue flag beach and a range of waterfront restaurants and bars. Fuengirola town centre is 5 mins by train and Torreblanca station is a 2 min walk from the apartment. This also provides a direct link to Malaga airport which is 27 mins away. Fuengirola is a thriving resort with appeal for all age groups. It has great beaches, hundreds of restaurants & bars to cater for all requirements, a wide range of shops, a twice weekly market & dozens of nightclubs for those looking for the nightlife. For the children there is an aquapark & zoo in town & an amusement park and sea life centre in neighbouring Benalamadena. Marbella, Malaga, Mijas and Porto Banus can all be reached by car in 30 mins. Ronda, Gibralter & the caves of El Chorro are also easily accessible by car or excursion & there are a range of golf courses along the coast.
