One Bedroom Beautiful Ocean View Condo In High Rise Condo Complex
About Joni Adams
My husband and I live not far from this unit on the North Shore of Oahu. We love living on the island and especially the quiet and tranquility the north shore has to offer. We have traveled a lot and chose Oahu to call home. No place like it. Feel free to call and ask any questions you may have about the area.

We had a great time
We had a wonderful time in this lovely condo. Excellent view and everything was exactly as advertised.
The location was magnificent. Just breathtaking. Right over looking the ocean, steps away. The pull out sofa was very comfortable, my husband and I slept in that (it seems bigger than a queen but smaller than a king), while our two kids slept in the ginormous and spacious king bed in the bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed and recently remodeled. The ocean breeze omitted the need for AC and we kept the three small fans in the bedroom running the entire time to get a draft going. We were disappointed that the pool remained closed all three days that we were there. The sheets and linens needed replacing, they smelled very damp and mildewy, but I imagine it’s because of the constant ocean air. The carpet in the bedroom entryway was worn down and as a result had a lot of hidden sharp edges which hurt to step on, but easily remedied when I put a thick towel over the threshold to cover it. And we couldn’t get the tv in the living room to work. But despite these things, our stay was really lovely, and we definitely fell in love with this side of the island. The owner was incredibly responsive anytime I had a question, and I was most thankful for that!
We were looking for a relaxing get away and we were successful. The condominium was great. Terrific view and well equipped for our stay. We cooked most of our own meals. Wish the BBQ’s were gas but charcoal was okay. The beach out front is protected by a reef about 250 yards out and great for snorkeling. There were several turtles and a variety of fish. Very calm beach and even met some locals vacationing here to get out of Honolulu for the weekend. We never used the pool because the ocean was pretty calm. A nice touch was the condominium complex had 24 hour security and you felt extremely safe. Mahalo for letting us rent this for the week.
We loved our stay at Pat's in Punalu'u on Oahu! GREAT location, beautiful views from the lanai up and down the beach, gorgeous sunrises and moon rises, pleasant grounds for lounging and a lovely ocean spot for beach walks and swims. Our condo was nicely equipped and so easy to check into. So helpful to have a private parking space as well. Construction work in the complex created some electrical issues, but the property manager, Joni, was wonderful to work with and we appreciate her. Owners also attempted to resolve the issues and were so courteous. Thoughtful extras included in the condo--beach chairs and boogie boards--made it delightful to enjoy the beach on site and explore nearby beaches as well. We would love to come back again and again!! (Do note if you come that this is the windward side of the island--and it is indeed windy!)
Everything was great. The condo had all the amenities and then some. The manager was quick to respond to a need. Pefectly located away from the hoards of people on the other side of the island. The view from the balcony was to die for. We loved it and would stay there again.
If you're looking for a tranquil, comfortable location, this is the place.
This was my 4th trip to Hawaii and previously I stayed on the Waikiki strip but it was just getting too crazy there. Too much traffic and too many people. This place has been recently remodeled and is very nice. There isn't air conditioning which I wondered if that would be a problem but it really wasn't. There was always a nice breeze coming off the ocean and the view from the balcony was spectacular. You will need a rental car but you should get that anyway. It's a beautiful drive around the island. We would definitely stay here again.
