Sunny apartment. 100 sqm, with balconies. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, comfortable and stable 135 cm floor mattress for 2 extra persons. Living room with open fireplace, TV and sofa. Dining area for 4p, or 8p if the table folds out. The living room is integrated with the large balcony, partly covered, with dining area and sofa bed. From the sofa group you can watch the TV, the fireplace and the amazing view. Cozy with dim lighting and candlelight. Flexible infrared with dimmer and ceiling allows to sit out all year long and eat or puff on a good cigar. Brilliant views of La Concha, the Marbell Bay, the sea and the green surroundings. Wind protected sunny smaller balcony, with 4 seating and table, to the west and free view to beautiful palm trees and sunset. Garage and elevator. Fast Wifi, TV with 150 channels (SWE, DK, NOR, etc), washing machine and dishwasher. All in the kitchenware / crockery. Very quiet location. You can not play loud music or make noise in the evening / night. No parties!

View down to the beautiful tropical garden with sun loungers and three swimming pools, all with separate children's pool. 24h security guard with patrolling. Paddeltennisbane.

Top location between Centro Plaza and Mercadona Califa. Here you will find fish shops with fresh seafood, butchers, wine shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes and boutiques. On Saturdays the famous market is held here.

Walking distance to the beach and five wide different neighborhoods.

First The port of Puerto Banus with a huge selection of restaurants, bars, disco and luxury boutiques, as well as El Corte Inglés, à la Magasin².

2nd La Campana, with real Spanish atmosphere, local award-winning restaurants and shops.

Third La Sala / Casino area with more mature 45+ audience.

4th Aloha area with Livingroom and other international watering holes / eateries.

5th Within 100m from Señorio, the neighborhood's cozy simple and ordinary eateries and bars are located.

The apartments in this top house and southern corner have a special location for traffic jams, pool views and sunset views. The view down the garden and pools is a plus. In addition, the long building covers the street with some traffic jams, benefiting us up in the Giralda house. There is quiet in the home, also on the large balcony. Just this apartment, and five others, at the southern end of the building, access to a unique and beautiful sunset between the beautiful palm trees in the west.

The apartment balconies do not have direct sunshine for 1-1.5 hours depending on the season. After breakfast in the sun, enjoy the sun by the pool. In the afternoon, from about 1200, there is roaring sun on the SW balcony or beautiful shade on the large balcony. Down to the pool and the main entrance of the complex there are at least 50 steps and it provides good training. Wheelchair access from the apartment to the parking lot, to the pool and to the street. A cooling box is available.

Lejligheden har en god beliggenhed med en fantastisk udsigt. - hyggeligt indrettet og veludstyret.

Vi kan kun give vores bedste anbefaling af denne lejlighed. Den er beliggende i et dejligt og roligt kompleks med en fantastisk udsigt over vandet og bjergene. Lejligheden og terrassen er hyggeligt indrettet, og den er veludstyret. Ejer stiller det hele til rådighed for lejerne, så man føler sig hjemme fra starten. Der er fine udearealer med 2 swimmingpools. Ligeledes er der parkeringskælder. Der ligger et hyggeligt center 5 min gang derfra, hvor der er mange butikker og flere restauranter. Man gå til havnen i Puerto Banus på ca. 15 min. Her er der altid noget at kigge på, især hvis man interesserer sig for dyre biler og store både. Der er ligeledes mange barer og restauranter ved havnen. Hvis man vil shoppe er der et stort indkøbscenter foruden de mange butikker med mærkevarer. Stranden fik vi ikke så meget glæde af, men den så fin ud. Alt i alt et dejligt sted at holde ferie.

Everything basic what you need is walking distance from the apartment.

In the northwest (1.1 km) lies La Campana, the original village, with real Spanish atmosphere and local restaurants, car traffic and few tourists. This is somehow our favorite area ;-)

Nearest restaurant is 10 seconds walk from main entrance. Nice bars, butchers, kinabazar and complete Mercadona Supermarket with fresh seafood another 0-4 min walk. Further 6 min to the elegant and cozy Aloha area with shops, lots of restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

Supersol Supermarket and bakery is located south of Centro Plaza, a 4-minute walk from the main entrance. Centro Plaza has a wide range of shops and bars and a large cross fit gym. Here is the famous and lively Saturday market.

To La Sala, OAK grill restaurant, Teppanyaki and Aquamist nightclub there is another 3 minute walk.

To Puerto Banus and the beach is another 5-6 minute walk, a total of 12-13 min from the apartment.

By the beach is the lovely promenade and the famous Ocean Club. Other hot beach clubs are Plaza Beach and La Sala Beach. More nice beach restaurants.

There are 4 golf courses within 3 km of the apartment, making it ideal for golfers. The golf is world class, with 60 courses in all price ranges within an hour's drive. Golf-service. com, which offers discounted tee-times, is 1.1 km away.

Electricity: Visible meter in the kitchen. We charge 0,3€/kWh which is cost price. Normal consumption during a week with 4 persons is 70kWh = 21 € excluding AC and Infra Heater.
Running the AC is 1,8 kW=0,54€/hour for all 3 units. AC is not often needed at daytime when the breeze is sweeping through. 8 hours per night per bedroom (2 units) is 8hrs x 1,2 kW= 9,6 kWh is 2,88 €/night. Nighttime cost: approx 20€/week. Daytime cost: 20-40€/week.
Infra heater 4 hrs at 400W is 0,5€. Infra heater can be adjusted from 100 to 2000W.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
