Apartment refurbished to high standards, with large terrace of 20 m2 with frontal sea views, hammocks and table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful views while having breakfast or dinner, living room with sofa and dining table and chairs and with flat TV and wi-fi, the bright open kitchen fully equipped with appliances and crockery and kitchen utensils, plus dishwasher and washing machine, iron and ironing board, bathroom with shower and easy access screen and hairdryer of hair, two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one of them with sea views and exit to terrace. You can smoke only in the terrace. It also has air conditioning / heating. You reach the beach and nice promenade by elevator, which runs through Benalmadena, Puerto Marina to Torremolinos, ideal for long walks by the sea., Where you can find many and diverse restaurants, bars, shops, boutiques and activities leisure and nautical. The apartment is fully LEGALIZED Tourist Registration Number: VFT / MA / 10133.

Check-in 2 pm, check-out at 10am, but we try to be flexible, check-in after 8pm, and check-out before the has a cost of 20 euro paid in cash at the apartment.

You can make use of the pool and sunbathe in the areas provided for it in the gardens. Always respecting the schedules and rules of the community that are found at the entrance of the pool and in the apartment.

Gratis parking in the building. You can smoke only in the terrace.

In front of the building there is a gym, shops, banks and supermarkets, 50 meters away there is the bus stop for Torremolinos, Malaga, Fuengirola, Marbella, Estepona, etc. At 100 meters there is a pharmacy, tourist office, medical center. Only 15 minutes from the airport and Malaga, 1 km from the Torrequebrada Golf course and Benalmádena Golf and about 30 minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banús. In Puerto Marina you can rent boats or take boat trips and enjoy Sea Life. Nearby the butterfly park, karts and the cable car. Casino Torrequebrada 1000 m. Tívoli World 500 m. Due to its location it is not necessary to have a car, although the apartment has a garage in the basement of the building and you can use for free.

Wonderful apartment, great location!!

Stayed five nights: Very nicely decorated with lots of essentials but lacking a few basics which I am sure Matilde will put right: No tea towels, nowhere to drain plates, cups etc so had to use a towel laid on the worktop. Could def do with a shelf in the bathroom for soap etc. Second bedroom very hot so maybe a fan could be provided in that room. Air con didnt work for several nights which was horrendous. Matilde tried her best to quickly resolve this. I think the air con will be fine in the future as when engineer came he revealled the clogged filters inside; once cleaned worked perfectly.

All the above is why I gave it 4 stars not 5. Apartment with lovely sea views located right next to beach. There are no steps from road to the apartment which is great for less mobile people. A lift (or stairs) takes you down to lower ground level then just a few steps down to ocean and promenade. It is a lovely 15 min walk along the promenade to Marina which is absolutely beautiful with lots of restaurants. I would definitely recommend this apartment once the few anomalies are sorted.

Edificio muy bien situado. Dos buenas piscinas dentro del terreno del edificio. La playa bajando unas escaleras y cruzando una calle peatonal. El apartamento perfecto. Muy recomendable.

From the apartment there is a pedestrian promenade, which runs all the way from Benalmadena to Torremolinos, ideal for long walks by the sea. The famous Puerto Marina is 200 meters away, with excursions or boat and motorboat rentals available. Puerto Marina has many bars, restaurants and boutiques. You can rent at the beach paddle-surfing and windsurfing and scuba diving.

You can visit the Paloma Park, Sealife Aquarium, Benalmadena Taleférico, Butterfly park, Selwo Marina, etc.
